Pros +
- Nothing! I'll NEVER come back to this hotel and would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.
- Very Good location and Good value for money. Good breakfast also
- The hotel is well located for Paulista Avenue. The room size was good and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of variety and l enjoyed it.The staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- Staff unfriendly Completely non professional If you expect good services, stay away from this hotelThe gym is a joke! Old and terrible equipments
- The elevator system is really complicated. You can only go to your floor, but we where in a large group of friends and couldnt go to each others floor
- I paid for an upgrade but ended up in a room next to some pretty major internal works which after a long flight was very annoying. The staff moved me to another room but the quality of the second room was poor. Just small things that could easily have been put right by a person with a screw driver and a box of light bulbs. The hotel have refunded the money l paid for the upgrade which was a fair gesture.

Nothing in particular to like.
Confusion at check-in; they couldn't find my reservation. Breakfast: one day ok, one day not so good.
At the moment of arrival, when I received the room there was no lamp or any light near the bed or on the night table, had to call reception and ask to give me one. Also we were three on the room, and they left only two sets of towels, again had to go to reception and ask for a third set. During breakfast there were not enough coffee cups to serve coffee to all guests, therefore you had to ask for them and wait for the staff to go and clean some and get them back. I saw a line in front of the coffee machine several times during my stay waiting to get some cups…On Saturday I went out of the hotel at 10:30 AM and returned around 3:30 PM, just to see that no one came to make the room (even when I left the sign at the door), went to reception again to inform and ask for someone to go and make the room while I went to have something at the bar. At 4:35 PM, I went to check the room again, just to see that again no one went… new complaint at reception (the called in front of me at told me someone will go)… back to the bar… and back to the room at 5:00 PM to see again that no one went… HUGE complaint at the front desk and cancelled the request. For my experience just avoid this hotel, no need to waste any money on it. Also I left a couple of photos showing bad maintenance.
The rooms were comfortable and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful in general.
Coffee was not replenished even though I specifically asked for it. It should have been replenished even without asking since I stayed at the hotel for many days. Also, the basin in the bathroom was getting clogged; I complained at the reception and they offered to address the issue, but did not do it and I had to suffer all through my stay.
This is a clean and relatively modern business hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and it is conveniently located a short walk from Paulista Avenue.
Several things were dated or didn't work -- like you could only use the shower, not the tub spout. And the Jacuzzi tub did not work. Most importantly for families - THERE IS NO POOL. Still, I would stay again for business based on the value.
Location
Furniture was oldNo had outled in the roomCoffe machine cannot turned on
Location is good for getting onto Avenida Paulista and metro stations. Shower power and temperature were good.
It’s dated but that doesn’t mean it should not be looked after - many of the towels and bath mats looked old and had stains. The bed mattress was not great. The hair dryer is from the 90’s with no power. No iron… tv channels were not tuned properly.
An excellent place to stay when on the go. Close to the mall and entertainment areas like Augusta.Friendly staff (though communication for non Portuguese speakers can be a big challenge).
The in-house bar on Level P1 had a limited choice of alcohol. One would have expected to find local beers for the visiting tourists.
good apartments, breakfast could be better! staff really good, can´t complain!
breakfast could be better, renew the gym!
Excellent hotel. Awesome breakfast. Well located with a very kind staff.
Location was exceptional and was only a short walk to the main Avenue.
The rooms were a little dated and did not quite look like the photos.
Location and friendly staff
Breakfast very basic
Very good breakfast, clean room, all functional!
Staff attitude
Lookedgood on picture
inexperienced staff, no clue how to run a hotel as the staff are not trained (from reception to cleaning supervisor and cleaners). house keepers are told to give one sachet of coffee, or charge for more regardless of double occupancy. Have to ask reception if you need 2 sachets. Housekeeping supervisor directs staff regardless of customers wishes to have room cleaned in the morning.
I book this stay from my wife and was quoted AU$1,718 but was charged AU$2,804.74 The hotel said that they would refund the difference in price. This has not been done.I wrote to Booking.com for assistance by leaving a customer service request but this has been unanswered and not actioned. We are still waiting for the billing to be corrected. This has soured the experience of an otherwise great work trip and I am dissapointed by both the hotel and Booking.com's inaction on our request.
Corrected pricing and billing
Very good location, good value for money, multiple choices at breakfast, very helpful with luggage storage, friendly staff
Furniture a bit dated needing refurbishment in the room, elevators malfunctioned at times
The hotel was in a great location, just off Avenida Paulista. Rooms were clean and comfortable and suited for our work purposes. I also enjoyed the breakfast each day, including fruit platters and cheese bread. Reception staff were always helpful and the front desk was open 24 hrs. Wifi in the rooms was fine, despite some comments from other guests. We also appreciated the thoughtfulness of putting us in neighbouring rooms even though we had booked separately. We only ate in the hotel restaurant once when we were short of time, as there were many excellent restaurants a short uber/ taxi ride away.
Some confusion about the price of the room on the night we arrived and currency conversions meant that we were overcharged, however this was corrected and we were refunded the difference after we returned home. Also confusion about whether coffee was included in the breakfast or was extra. Clarify these details when you check in and all should be fine.
Location was good.
Breakfast was as expected for an ordinary hotel in Brazil. The lighting in the room was terrible. TV did not work well. Pillows of the bed were rock hard, really bad.
