This is not a 4 star hotel. it is closer to a Holiday inn express category.

•Location: Convenient and well-situated.•Staff: Some staff members were friendly and helpful, particularly a great bartender who spoke English.•Welcome Gesture: Received welcome sweets accompanied by a personal note, which was a nice touch.•Room Cleaning: The cleaning service was thorough and well-maintained.

•Staff Attitude: Mixed experiences; while some staff were friendly, others were rude and unhelpful. Notably, there was a front desk staff member who seemed to profile me, questioning my status as a guest.•Food Quality: The food was decent but overpriced.•Pool Size: The pool is quite narrow, only suitable for about two people.•Language Barrier: Difficulty in ordering at the bar due to some staff’s limited English proficiency.•Room Comfort: The bed was acceptable, but the pillows could be improved.

I really enjoyed the location and facilities. It was the second time we stayed there and it seems like the hotel is better than before.

The breakfast was OK as before: the space is a bit crowded and the options are not bad but feels like it could be better. Also the pillows are too soft.

Location, cleanness, kids space.

The bedrooms main doors are very loudly when you close. This makes the sleeping time not comfortable and very noisy. Some cleaning staff were knocking the door no stop to clean at 8:00am.

Breakfast is excellent. Ir would be good to have until 11am. the staff was excellent

It was kind of crowded. I was not informed that my breakfast was not included in my reservation. The breakfast itself was poorly supplied, and the attention was faulty as well.

The hotel seems excellent to me

One thing I didn’t like is that I’ve stayed there twice and it’s very cold. It’s a cold hotel — I ask for an extra blanket, but it’s not enough. It should have heating. Other than that, the service is great.

Cool hotel went there when conference was on and it was awful. Way too Busy. Valet parking was horrible. Took nearly 20 min to retrieve our car even after we asked politely. Not sure id stay again tbh

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the room was comfortable and spacious. However, the indoor pool wasn’t as warm as expected.

What I didn’t like at all was the check-in experience, they wouldn’t let us check in at 12 PM and told us to come back at 2 PM, which felt very disrespectful and the welcome was not pleasant.

The hotel is clean, well maintained and efficiently run. The location was excellent.

The room, arguably the best room with a single bed, was small with a laughably small amount of storage for clothes/luggage. It however is probably the only hotel room with a view of Avenida Paulista.

Centrally located and basically a good, convenient hotel, with ample breakfast and very nice staff.

There was a continuous noise, our suite was on the upper floor. They were working on the roof and there was another noise that they cannot stop

The property is absolutely overpriced. Not a five stars hotel at all. Staff is friendly but the rooms are very old and the bathroom even worse. There wasn’t even a complimentary water in the room. Not worth for the value.

A very stylish and functional stay close to iconic restaurants.

I wanted to extend my stay but price had gone up and was expensive and staff couldn't rebook at the front desk.
