Expensive for what it was. Lack of amenities for families / kids. It would have been nice if the Terrace had at least a TV.

Breakfast was amazing, highlight of the stay. Staff was kind, and room was cute. They let us check in early for no fee and keep our bags the next day as well.

Room was freezing, had no heating during the winter which was an issue. Hotel was smaller than expected.

Great location in a very quiet residential street of Jardins but convenient enough to great dining options. Beds are comfy and breakfast was delicious and had good variety. Definitely a good option for lodging in SP.

As I arrived at the from on check in - the room was messy, didn’t get a clean out after the other guest left.However they imidiatelly got me another room. And sweets to apologize.It was 6pm when I arrived.

The hotel is very clean, modern, and the rooms are large and comfortable. The lobby bar was excellent. The location is great.

The outdoor rooftop and other terraces were closed.

Shower is amazing. Room is spacious and decoration is great. Staff is friendly. Highly recommended!

Breakfast is of average quality. Could be much better. Could have a second place to put luggage on that isn't the desk.

The hotel was better than I expected. Huge room with a nice view, giant bed and amazing bathroom. The hotel is so new and modern. I will stay here for sure next time I am in SP.

The rooms were a bit noisy, so we were able to hear people talking in the next room (only when it is very quiet). During our stay the rooftop bar was unfortunately closed, we managed to go upstairs and it also is not such a nice area for the bar.

Location is convenient and rooms brand new but yet pretty noisy.

Service at the reception was rather slow, staff didn't seem well trained to handle international customers. We had, inter alia, some issues with our credit card payment and it took a while to finally resolve it. We spent more time at the reception desk then we wanted to. Breakfast area is nice but the breakfast as such not worth it.

Nice and modern building with neat and modern designed room. Staff are super kind and helpful. They go above and beyond to help. Front desk was more helpful than most concierge desk as hotels.

The staff, very welcoming and competent, the room was excellent very beautiful and well decorated, clean and it was a pleasure to stay in, great location and very safe

The menu of the restaurant could be a little more Brazilian and a little better but it was still very good and excellent service. The gym could be more spacious to allow for mat exercises.

Stella restaurant was superb both in athmosphere and servise. Room was spacious and comfortable , and the bed was a heaven after 14 your flight from Istanbul. Thank u.

Location, very fresh fruit platters in the morning, suite was a great size with great amenities in the room!

Price
