The pool was not working. This was not advertised anywhere at time of booking. Also the entire hotel was under renovation. This was also not disclosed.

Location was good as it was close to nice restaurants and shopping.

Our check-in was HORRIBLE. After a 12-hour flight, we stood at the front counter for over forty minutes, even though we had a confirmed booking. The woman trainee said that they were on the process of changing their system, so that’s why it was taking so long. Please just give us our key and let us go to bed!!! We were absolutely exhausted and found that to be very frustrating and irritating. Fortunately, the front desk staff was much better the next morning and very helpful. Still left a bad taste in our mouths for the price.

The location is amazing , close by metro , restaurants , drugstores etc also very comfortable room and safe area

Great value - good price for great location and ok accommodations. I also liked the common areas and the breakfast quality.

I wish the room was nicer (cheap flooring and weird layout). I also wish the bathroom was bigger and nicer (it is very small with an old/outdated design). Furthermore, there was always a line at the front desk, so more people there would be good.

The location was perfect for our family. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options of food.The staff was very helpful answering our questions with professionalism.

The only problem with us it was our room keys did not work properly. All the time we went out and returned to our room the key did not work and we had to go to the reception for them to reset them. My son did have the same problem with his key.

This time around, I did not get the room with the swimming pool view that I always used to get ..

Very well located, just one street from Av Paulista. Great option for business travelers. Breakfast has a lot of options. The bar and the restaurant have a good menu. WiFi was okay-ish. The team tab to e front desk is very helpful and welcoming!

They can consider changing their key card system as the cards often have to be updated. Some times more than once - everyday. Should include more vegetarian or Vegan options in Breakfast.

Centrally located and easy to find hotel. Part of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very big. The restaurant/bar 'the view' have a very nice view as the name suggests but on the pricey side.

The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything including the very loud elevator (doors opening etc).

Location, cleaness, and personnel were very gentle.

The only thing to improve maybe is that our TV was not smart, so no Netflix nor youtube

Great location near Paulista and all the attractions nearby.

Outdated hotel without some modern power outlets that allow to recharge USB devices directly.

Nothing but just location reasonable

Not worth any single penny. In the AI era, this hotel’s internet even not working at all, and I am not talking about a temporary problem, literally no internet. The room’s phone not working. Bathroom is not clean at all, all molds and stains. The room is quite old, possibly not renovated since the beginning. And this hotel is not a reasonable price neither. Just because of the location they charge a good amount. Stay away, I’m ending my trip here too.

Expensive for what I got.They had to switch my room because of poor air conditioning. Wifi was slow at times.Hotel is not modernNo iron in the room

Breakfast was good, great location.

Couldn't find a way to open the curtains, bed made me sneeze. An ironing machine would have been nice.

The location is top, the rooms were well cleaned everyday, the breakfast was exceptional and the staff helpful. In the restaurant Mr. Jailson look after us well and made our 2 weeks stay a pleasure. The staff provided us the requested room without any problem. The sourdough pizza made daily at the hotel was a delight.

There wasn’t an electric kettle in the room for a cup of tea, but in fact very few hotels in Brazil have this facility in the room.
