Breakfast

The room needs a good reconstruction. The room skirtings and the bathroom walls are in bad state, giving the impression of dirty.

Amazing service, receptionists were very helpful and nice. Good breakfast.

The hotel is pretty old, so if you are looking for something modern you can be disappointed. There's a swimming pool if you need a sport, but looked like it was not maintained for a while.

The localisation was really great and the room size was good and the staff were really polite.

The structure is really old, the current structure does not reflect website pictures, there was humidity in the room and the amenities are too basic. In my humble opinion the amount paid is not worth what we got. I strongly suggest you to work on maintenance on your structure.

What I liked the most was the location, very close to Parque Ibirapuera and to a relatively safe neighborhood

The room wasn't really clean, and I had some nice company of small bugs living in the room, free of charge that didn't share the quote with me xD Besides, it was comfortable

They could renovate the bathroom and keep it cleaner, it was either a bit of bad smell too.

Location, amazing and helpful staff

The wall painting looks old and dirty, beds and pillows are not the most comfortable but it’s good value for money.

Extremely friendly personal. Very large and clean room. Receptionist helped to clean baby carriage. The room was upgraded to the one with balcony and nice view. Comfortable bed. Great parking service. Location is fantastic.

Bathroom needs upgrade, plumbing needs refresh.

Room got too hot to sleep. Wall air conditioner didn't work at all.

not safety. Blow drier electric cord closed to the soap dispenser and water. nó mattress cover. sheets too rough. furniture falling apart. Mold in the rooms. Developed coughing due to allergy to mold and dust. Room too noisy due to the location. No curtain on kitchen window. room too light. Air conditioner unit had a napkin to hold unit to the wall. Air conditioner too loud. Floors dirty.

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good and the room was very comfortable, silent and spacious.

The cable tv wasn't working properly, there was some transmission interruptions and sound problems.

I had a good experience. They have provided good service, gave me a good room and very nice cleaning service. I also have enjoyed breakfast and food. Personal were welcoming, smiling and warm

-Abysmal internet. Think dial up in the early 2000s kind of slow! It would even be fair to say that this place doesn’t really have wifi.-Terrifying elevator that drops like a foot when it stops at your floor. It will throw you off balance. I have never been so traumatized by an elevator in my life.
