The breakfast offerings were disappointing and did not meet expectations. The scrambled eggs were served cold in an open container with a noticeable amount of liquid at the bottom. Additionally, there was a lack of signage in both English and Portuguese to identify the dishes, and no a la carte menu was available as an alternative to the buffet."

There is a not so bad hotel. Big room with good bathrooms. But there are no the usual facilities which have already been a normal for such type of hotel: for example, still water, iron, cotton buds, etc.. very good sound insulation!!! But air condition doesn’t work correct

Great location and a safe neighborhood, big clean room with a good bed, awesome complementary breakfast and a 10/10 price for a night for 2 people.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the services offered were excellent. I like the breakfast buffet and the attendants attention to detail and super friendly.

There's no ATM machine but you can go to the bank across the street.

All was great in general: front desk personnel, cleanliness, breakfast variety, dinner time and menu. Quiet and nice environment for meetings and coworking. Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable.

The street is very noisy even in the nights but it´s not its fault.

Very expensive hotel for how simple it is; No amenities, few alternatives at breakfast, dirty.Clearly I won't go again.20% on a scale of 1 to 100-

Room walls and furnishings needed a better clean and or fix. Same with the towel holder in washroom.

It would be nice to have some healthier options in the breakfast. Like more juice options and better breads. Overall, all good.Coffee wasn´t that good...

The room was spacious, there was air conditioning in the room, the buffet breakfast was also really good and had a nice variety. We were about a 15-20min drive from the exhibition centre which was very convenient to get to each day. The gym facility is a bit small but it’s available nonetheless and I didn’t have to wait to use the treadmill whenever I went down, so it seemed to work out!

Good value for money, location around the hotel seemed safe enough.

Facilities were very basic and a little dated. Pool didn't look very appealing.

Prepaid fare snd provided info to avoid delay in check in but had to stay in line

The door on my room opened of I didn’t fix the inside handle just right. something was wrong with the door lock. one night I came back and the housekeeper had been there and the door was wide open. it was the door lock room 1308.
