I felt cheated. It was offered as 5* hotel and is not Basic room. They did not clean it one day

The location was perfect.

great location, exceptional breakfast variety, very pleasant and helpful staff. Very centrally located in an upscale neighborhood.

Room wi-fi was sometimes weak...

the hotel is old and needs refurbishing. not having an outdoor pool is sad as one cannot get sun. reception staff were great, whilst restaurant needs management.

shower water pressure is very poor, AC blows straight into the bed and needs to be directed. on crowded days, the restaurant becomes complicated.

Partially worn out, toilet dripping and water on the bathroom floor. Old elevators.

Overpriced by miles for what it is. Bed is too big for the room. Receptionist demanded all the details of my wife despite the booking in my name. Badly humoured. Breakfast was mixed with the saltiest bacon on the planet

In general it didnt feel like a 5 star hotel. The group should check Asian branches in order to compare...Most of the staff didnt speak english.

Renovations (according to my booking) were due to be complete in March 2024. Given it is now July 2025, I did not expect work to still be ongoing which it was. The pool was closed completely and the gym is a disgrace. Very evident that maintenance is never conducted on any of the equipment, treadmills are dangerous and the gym in general is in dire need of investment.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Our room was recently renovated and the hotel is located in a very central and safe area. I highly recommend it.

Great staff in the restaurant, but very slow service from reception desk. Location is great and the business suite is large, great bed and wonderful balcony with a stunning city skyline.

Slow to clean rooms and l doubt it would have happened if we had not asked. Reception did not respond to calls for room service but overall and get hotel to stop off at.

1 night stay, very good location. Room was large and functional but looking dated. I understand hotel is in the process of a refit and rooms that have already been completed are available for additional cost. Breakfast was very good.

The staff didn’t meet the expectations. They did not instruct me where was the room, didn’t carry my luggage and didn’t tell me anything about the things I should know

Breakfast was simple but really good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is really good, lots of great restaurants near it.

Air conditioner was siper noisy. Tv had issues and did not work well. The bathroom soap was empty before end of the shower. Facilities could be more mew.

When I returned to the property to book a room, I was unable to, even though rooms were available online… I didn’t understand why … ended up at another Radisson in SP…

The restaurant and the food.

My room had two small beds that were very hard. Sheets and pillows were really poor quality. The hair drier was old and it stopped working. Bathroom had water coming out of the shower making the bathroom floor wet.

Location was very good. Safe and convenient. Decent breakfast.

Internet in our room was spotty and slow. The room layout was strange (maybe because it was a corner room) and finishes were not quite up to 5 star level we expected.
