- Hotel was very noisy near our room, we called down several times, nothing seemed to be done, people slamming doors all night, we got little sleep. We complained again in the morning, staff said they would send us a voucher for a free night stay, but neve
- I did not like the fact that the hotel room had plywood on one of the windows. The window looked like it had been broken and they simply boarded it up rather than fixing it. The pool was dirty and needed attention. The sauna room was dirty.

The location of this hotel was one of the best things of the Blue Waters hot. It is across the street from the water and close to shopping in the area. The breakfast buffet was very nice and had many options.
