- The layout of the hotel and the staff were very friendly
- The hotel is conveniently located one block from Sandton City Mall and Nelson Mandela Plaza, a commercial and cultural hub for the area.
- Staff disponibility
Cons -
- We had a refrigerator that leaked water and we had to keep putting towels down.
- The noise level can become elevated at times but it never lasted too long.
