The beds were outstanding, they attended my request, i asked to be in the highest room possible to see the city from above, wonderful

Just the first treatment, as soon As we walked in the lobby the night staff looked at us like we weren’t meant to be there.

The staff was very polite, helpful and friendly.The location was good for my purpose, near to the places I needed to go. The breakfast was good.

The noise in the room was extremely loud even with the door closed so for me, not being able to sleep properly after a surgical procedure wasn't a good deal. Perhaps a renovation should be considered.

No room service for dinner. The hotel has QRCodes all around informing about room service but they don’t have.

The location could not be better. Close to everything, very central part of Curitiba

There was a bit of an old smell, which is understandable given the humidity and the window being closed.The room was very small so between the two of us it was bit of tight corners

Our first room was filthy. The bathroom had wet towels scattered on the floor and used shower hair nets.

Good value. Great localization. Big room and cozy. Very modern.

The bedroom was good, the bed were confortable, shower was good. There is a mall really close.

The outlets were old, so you need an adaptor for it because either i gets too loose inside and sometimes it doenst charge it, or it doenst enter. Also there are no outlets close enough to the bed.And last but not least if you are traveling on a business purpose pay attention when you ask for your invoice, they give us a provisory one, which it doesn’t has value for reimbursement purpose, i would even say that this is a thing in the whole city. Ask for a real invoice if you need reimbursement and make sure you get the right one, maybe ask some Brazilian guest. They will know. Other than it was a nice stay

My car was damaged by the valet. Bed and pillows uncomfortable.

Clean and comfortable room with all the amenities I needed. It was quiet at night, and I was able to get some quality sleep. The breakfast had many items, and the staff was super helpful.

Parking is outside the building structure, so we needed to plan ahead to get the car back. It was not a major issue if you plan ahead of time.

cleaning: the room my children were staying had a strong smellbathroom: there was a leaking in the showerparking: is 2 blocks away and the hotel employees had to pick up the car and bring to us which can take a few minutes (I didn’t know when I booked this hotel)

The lack of parking, and the restaurant not working at night.

Rooms are not very spacious but clean, comfortable, and in good condition. Location is great, calm neighborhood and stuff to do at walking distance. The breakfast is good, great scrambled eggs, variety is nice.

The parking lot in another location (~10min walk) and not many people to retrieve the cars means you have to wait to get yours, especially when there's people in the line.I'm being picky here, but breakfast pastries and breaks didn't taste very fresh, a bit dry compared to some other hotels.

I liked the location and also the breakfast. The staff were really welcoming.

The room has carpete and the smell was not so good because of it. They should change the carpete. In my opinion is the only problem.

The front desk staff wasn’t wearing masks properly. Breakfast area small, with no windows and overcrowded. The bedrooms also too small.

The location it’s beautiful, nice room very quiet place .

The breakfast the coffee machine was not working and the employees didn’t fixed that I asked but they didn’t answer my request.
