Staff always available, bathroom nice and clean, room cleaning everyday. New building, silent rooms. Location serves my purpose.

Excellent Stay. Location was spectacular. Easy access to nearby shopping centers and supermarket. Excellent cleaning service. Breakfast with a great variety and all of the food items were very fresh. Nice people in the front desk. Cleaning service people very helpful also.

The location is perfect, close to several shops and restaurants. Nice and flat neighborhood inviting you to walk a bit.

Thi wifi/TV connection in the room was weak and it took forever to connect.

Comfortable, clean and at a premium neighborhood, however the room was very small and hard to navigate with two people staying at it.

The staff, I gotMyself in a situation as an international traveler and they assisted me in best possible way. I’ve been traveling a lot, I stay at hotel over 150dayas a year and now when there was a problem that I didn’t know how to solve alone in Brazil. The staff acted with big hearts and understanding. I’m used to “our policy is and we can’t” but they really showed heart.

Very clean & hygenic hotel, the 2 men at the reception (sorry forgot their names) in the night shift were the most helpful from all the others, especially the man with the beard, went out of his way helping us get a proper room after the lady in the night shift, who was very rude and unfriendly gave us a small room for the handicapped, saying that it was the only room available, which was a lie, however after we went back to the reception, she had left & the man at thge reception with the beard, gave us another room immediately. The housekeeping staff & the staff serving the breakfast too were extremly courteous and professional.

After booking a room for 20 nights, that too, two months prior to the trip, the rude lady who checked us in late at night gave us a very small room for the handicapped, even though we had requested a room on a high floor, considering that we were staying for 20 nights, having travelled for 36 hours from Bahrain to Curitiba, changing 3 flights and the long waiting at the airports. This rude lady, put the blame on the reservations personnel, saying that they assigned that handicapped room to us, which was very hard to believe, besides which she lied to us saying that it was the only room she could give us which was not true, as soon after she was gone from duty, we requested the man with the beard to help us and he immediately gave us another room, besides which also was very courteous to help us shift our bags to the new room.The linen (towels and bedsheets) must be looked into by the housekeeping supervisors, as most the towels were worn out and bedsheets were torn.Scrambled eggs for breakfast everyday for 20 days, was really disappointing, especially when my wife has a lactose intolerance problem, these eggs have milk added, however the choice of other breakfast menu & daily change of breakfast dishes should be looked into by the management as a better choice of eggs and other dishes can be served.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. well situated and close to everything I needed.

Clean, modern and well maintained

Everything was very new and clean. It was quiet in the room, with no noise from other guests because of the soundproof doors and walls. We were able to reserve a parking space beforehand on the site.
