Quiet, clean and the staff very polite.

I'd like to thank Joel and Lucas, both from front desk, very kind and polite!! It was a wonderful stay, When I'm back to Curitiba I'll stay there. Location is perfect

Room was very noisy. Air conditioning and refrigerator made a lot of noise.

I liked the helpful , friendly staff . Breakfast was well presented with a wide range of foods to choose from. The presentation of the breakfast bar was very appealing.One of the staff named Elias explained all the options informed us of the attractions and was a wealth of information.

Maybe we could have had a kettle , cups and a supply of tea, coffee, hot chocolate in our room as we have had in other hotels we've stayed in. Room service was available but we ate out .

Nothing is special

Bathroom was with stinks on the ceiling and mattress was very bad, very very soft. The shadows was leaving a thin space that enters light in the morning.

Staff was really polite, we were traveling with my baby daughter and they offered to put a crib on the room, this was extremely helpful.

I had only one issue related to the breakfast. There was a multi grain bread that was really old, or the recipe was horrible. The bread was as hard as a rock!

We had an issue on our arrival date and could not make it until the next morning - the staff saved our reservation and were super helpful.

no complaints. only issue was we had a room with a king bed - but it was not a king bed - it was two twins put together - you could feel the hard edge/line in the middle of the bed while we slept - we only were there long enough to nap and we were exhausted after our trip, so we slept anyway but it wasnt very comfortable.

Worth the price, nothing too fantastic. Descend bed, clean room, friendly staff. It's 5 min walk from some restaurants in the neighborhood.

It could have a bit better breakfast, the options are rather limited, you pretty much have eggs or sausage. They could have a better tv channel selection too.

bathroom and windows lacked maintenance, there was a towel hanger missing, there were open slits below and above the bathroom door and the shampoo holder was broken - shampoo was on the floor.

Bedroom and shower were not the cleanest.

No soap in the room and no response from Reception when called to ask for some. terrible service would never recommend.

nothing!! terrible service reception staff ignore calls and don’t respond- have to leave room go to reception to ask for basics such as soap and additional bed covers during the coldest week of the year.

The Hotel was very nice, clean and comfy! Breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable.

I didn’t like dinner and lunch service. The restaurant had only a few options and they weren’t good.

It's noisy, you can hear all the rooms around, we had difficulty sleeping.

Staff was attentive after issues were brought up. Place was easy to reach by public transport, location was ideal.

The common facilities were lacking. The ironing room was terrible, the iron completely burnt, leaving marks on clothing. Everything in the breakfast was mini for some reason, mini breads, mini eggs, mini sausages, it was a mini continental by the size of the offerings. Fruit wasn't the most fresh but could be a seasonal thing. Very underwhelming overall

Location, fair price and good service

Althoug it has a fair price, it used be cheaper.

The room was very comfortable and well displayed. I also appreciated the staff’s hospitality towards their guests!

Their gym’s facilities were not the best, some machines were broken and there was no water available. Other than that the hotel was great!
