Excellent location, great breakfast and clean facilities. My room on the 12th floor had a nice view, great AC, and very confortable.

I wished there was at least one TV channel in English or Spanish.

Location

Checked in in the evening and took a shower. Hairdryer wasn't working. Contacted reception about that and they said nothing can be done. Couldn't go out with wet hair so lost all evening of exploring Curitiba. Staff wasn't helpful at all.

The location was great. The staff was helpful and smiley. Breakfast was good. I reccomend.

Towels may be renewed. They were clean but a bit old.

The room was clean and overall quite comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The hotel itself has a very nice classy fancy-ish style, with a very nice bar, and a nice dining room. Some of the staff were very nice. The online check-in is decent and can be a very convenient option.

The online check-in is mandatory, even if you arrive at the hotel: the clerk just told us to do it over our own phones and stood there, waiting for us to fill everything. Not a great experience if you didn't have the time to do it ahead of time and want a quick check in. Also, even though the location is great if you want to be near the city center, there are some homeless people that live in front of the hotel and they can get loud and yell in the morning, so light sleepers might not be able to sleep late (if your room faces the front of the hotel).

Location was killer right near Praça Gen Osorio and centrally located to be able to walk/bus/uber to other parts of the city. The rooms were modest, but the bed was comfortable. A good option.

The breakfast is very good, the room is nice and clean, location is great for those who want to explore Curitiba's historical area.

The toilet valve makes a loud noise, so you when they flush it in the neighboring rooms you hear it as if it was in your very room.

The room had a little mold smell .The windows had no blackout curtains, so sleeping late was not an option

the property is somewhat old, and it is mostly in good condition. just the flush that got stuck 2-3 times and the shower head was a bit clogged

There aren't options in breakfast.There isn't possible a coffee every time of day (very important).Staff (Counter) relationship with people a lot down.

i booked this hotel for 4 nights for 3 days my internet didn’t work at all on the third night the staff decided to change my room not happy at all with hotel

Excellent hotel. The best part was definitely the bar, amazing cocktails made by the bartender Rodrigo. Very good stay in general.

Room seems like was recent refurbished. It look clean and nice. Bed and sheets are the best I've seen. Love the room very much !

Hotel doesn’t offer the advertised amenities or has a much lower quality than promissedExamples:- no fitness room (alternative they offer an extern fitness center a few blocks from the hotel, the place is overfilled with old and damaged equipment and stinks quiet bad)- Breakfast only from 7 to 10 in a tiny room, no windows, no space or time for all the guests from 14 floors), not possible to have it delivered to the room- Breakfast is very basic, plates were not clean- Apathic Staff, no authentic friendliness, not very helpful (ignore guests walking in with luggage, not even open the door)- 2 small elevators catering 14 Floors ?- room was very mouldy, specially the bathroom was quiet disgusting.- Instable internet connection (not possible to hold a meeting - bring your own!)- Instable water temperature- Difficulties with simple things like finding a bottle opener, a glass for brushing the teeth, etc.)- in general a very pooor and not memorable experience, not worth a third of the price- no customer service- no reply to any of my e-mail trying to find an alternative and no will to fix any of the issues- Transport mit der Buchung bestellt, ich wurde aber nicht wie besprochen abgeholt und niemand ging ans telefon

Good sized room corresponding to description. Good bed. Good shower. Clean. Strong Wifi. Good breakfast but only soluble coffee / coffee mixes and few fruits.

Room to the back with a rather ugly view.Very noisy exhaust system coming from an underground parking (according to the smell - sounded like a turbine of the airplanes flying near the hotel).Disturbing noises in the room caused by the lift going up and down. From 6 a.m. on there was no more sleeping for us.Only soluble coffee / cappuccino / chocolate for breakfast.Expensive mini bar (15 $Real for 0,33 beer).
