Very friendly staff, great location, nice facilities overall. The room size is bigger than most comparable hotels, and the amenities are very good. Breakfast was quite nice. In fact one of the breakfast/ restaurant waiters (Guilherme) was always incredibly nice. While the building itself is a bit "old", everything works nicely. The gym is ok for a hotel gym.

While in general quite clean, we needed some additional support from the cleaning crew and we're a bit disappointed, but not a big deal. Also there were days when they didn't change our towels unless we specifically requested them to.

Location is good. Near everything.

The room was much smaller than shown in the photos, which felt deceiving from the start. The breakfast was also disappointing—hot dishes were cold, and the restaurant staff were very rude. On top of that, the wi-fi was terrible. We ended up moving to another hotel so we wouldn’t waste our vacation time.

Hotel is a little old air conditioning was noise.

All staff and facilities are great. Breakfast is really good and cleanliness is evident in every part of the hotel.

Nothing at all.

Rooms are clean, quiet, good location we had a beautiful view of the city. The shopping mall is just across the street. It was also exceptionally hot outside so we used the pool.which was so good to cool off.

Excellent option for staying at the premium Batel area, right across the street from a comprehensive shopping center and within walking distance from great restaurants and bars. Outstanding breakfast and very attentive staff.

I liked the size of the bedroom

The apartment’ s door needs to be fixed as it was no possible to close it without slamming the door. There were some days that the TV was too loud during the breakfast. The iron board was located on a different floor. One of the staff walked in our room without knocking on our door. Our card did not work twice and we had to go down and fixed it at the front desk

Confortable mini-suite layout with kitchen was very comfortable. Parking available (extra charge)Good breakfast.

Elevators are not ok. Magnetic cards don’t work properly.

Very good location, right across from a shopping center and with a good pool to enjoy with the kids.

Breakfast was ok at best, and the sofa bed in the bedroom was quite uncomfortable.

Old furnitures and sometimes smelly.Windows were leaking water during storms.Cleaning lady unable to read "do not disturb". They entered anyway, always. EVERYDAY.The "hydromassage bath" is made of plastic... it was also a bit dirty.I was able to hear my neighbors ... on the sides and also above my apartment.

Location is perfect. Clean and comfortable, it is a big room as well which is a plus.

Some of the staff are a bit not pleasant to deal with.

Great location. Conveniently placed in Batel, safe upmarket District of Central Curitiba. Massive rooms (basically suites with large living room and separate bedroom

Huge room. More like a small apartment really. Kitchenette and everything. Newer hotel. Very comfortable bed. Central heat and air which is rare in Brazil. Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Gym was typical of Brazilian hotels (not ideal), but theirs is more spacious than most. Great location. I didn’t have a car, so I don’t have any experience with the parking.

The view from the balcony is very nice. The room is spacious, staff is friendly. Breakfast is good.

It is a bit old and tv channels were just a few options.
