Only its close to the town, good breakfast, and low cost.

Room smell like wet dog. Bathroom door can't be closed because the rail it's damaged. It was impossible to set the whatter temperature, very old shower. Old windows without acoustic glass. One of the front desk guys doesn't know how to be kind.

I loved everything about it! The room service, the breakfast and the staff are easily one of the best.

Nothing to complain.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The parking lot had plenty availability although it was said to be limited. The showers were nice and hot even with the cold whether.

It was raining when we arrived, and the hotel does not have a proper loading area for folks arriving when the whether is bad. The breakfast was a bad experience, I would not recommend. I had severe back pains during this trip, and the hotel did not have carts to move our luggage, nor was staffed with the personnel to do so.

This is q classic hotel that needs some remodelling but it is very confortable. Staff is very helpful and brrakfast is very good. They have parking for an extra R$ 35 fee..

Entire hotel was dated and old. Looks like it was a great place in the past, but that has definitely faded. The duvets on the beds had no covers. One was torn. The room felt very old and had a dusty smell to it. The breakfast was lacking...only plastic cups for hot coffee..carpet floors in a hotel make it feel very old and dirty. Shower leaked into the rest of the bathroom.

The breakfast was wonderful the staff was wonderful especial a lady name fatima ..She was so nice and she make sure everything was perfect.

Clean off the rooms bad real bad ..We have to wait for the sevice so we went out around 12 we return at 5 and still have to wait on the door for the room to be clean

Good location

Hotel missed room cleaning everyday, staff desorganized. Breakfast not impressive, but good

30 minutes walk to Couto Pereira stadium. Ideal to stay attending concerts there! The breakfast is average. There is one table on the lobby that offers a bit of ergonomy if you need to do a work call, the others are more to chill.

Every corner you look at you see a bit of mold or dirt or insects. The carpet on the 6th floor has a distinctive smell of something that doesn't see a proper clean for years. My room had a lot of vestiges of termite. It's disgusting to say the least.

I regret to say that my recent stay at Lancaster Hotel was far from satisfactory. The property was in poor condition, with evident damage, mould in the room, a broken pillow, and sheets coming off the bed all the time during the night as they are small for the bed. The accommodation did not meet the standards one would expect from a 4-star establishment. It's my belief that a rating of roughly 2 stars would be more accurate. I would strongly recommend a thorough refurbishment. Additionally, the pricing does not align with the quality of service provided. It's disheartening to anticipate a certain level of service only to be met with disappointment. The breakfast, while acceptable, did not exceed my expectations. I have attached images for your reference. I hope this feedback is taken seriously for the betterment of your establishment.

Localización.

The room was very dirty, the hall and other places were not cleaned, the furniture was very old and not clean. The restaurant was so tiny that people needed to wait in line to get a table. The menu at the restaurant was so poor... It is not a 4 star hotel , it is not even a 2 star hotel.
