Quarto limpo e quieto. Cama era OK.The room was clean and quiet. Bed was OK

A agua quente é desligada durante a madrugada. É absolutamente inaceitável não ter agua quente durante a noite, principalmente considerando o valor da diária.The hot water is turned off during the early morning hours. It is absolutely unacceptable not to have hot water overnight, especially considering the daily rate.

The overall stay was great and in a very good location for my needs. The room was spacious and a good selection from the frigobar. The breakfast was great and the pool area is nice.

Although the location was perfect for my needs, be aware that it is right on the center of the city, so a lot of people and traffic, if you are not looking for that. There was also a few hairs on the bathroom when we arrived, so not that clean. Another thing to note is that you need to wait about 15min for your car every time you ask the staff to pick it up, so be aware and call beforehand if in a rush.

Most staff dont speak english.Entry door to the room smelled toilet stuff, if you know what I mean.There was moisture in the wall between the bathroom and bedroom.The window didnt close perfectly (as it should be in a 5 star hotel)The curtains were dirty.In short, I think the owners of this hotel dont know what a 5 star hotel mean....

The staff was very nice

Old room, dirty walls, shower, no toiletries, no bathrug, no bath tissue. Location is dangerous and we didn't feel safe walking on streets. Booking have it rated at 5 stars and is not even a 3 star in our experience

Everything smelt a bit off - as if cleaned with a dirty rag. The shower took such a long time to get warm. The mattress was comfortable but I was a bit cold during the night given it was just some thin sheets instead of a duvet or something a little thicker. The room decor was very dated. No amenities or freebies in the room - everything, including water, had a price tag on it. I would expect at least a couple of bottles of water as a courtesy. Breakfast was very bland and simple, did not feel 5-star at all.

All but one of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady in the pool\gym area was grumpy and not helpful. Needs some customer service training.

The main complaint is the general state of maintainence of the property. My room had a broken toilet seat, tap and the door the bathroom was extremely stiff to the point my girlfriend couldn’t open it. Additionally, the sauna was closed as it was not working. Generally the property was shabby in areas and needed some more thorough cleaning and basic maintenance. Not good enough for a 5*.

The staff was very polite, especially Mariah and Matheus, who gave us great recommendations for Bars and Restaurants.

Pool was very tiny, packed with children and careless parents. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special.

The location is the prime advantage of this hotel. The breakfast is great with a lot of healthy options.

The pool is tiny and the lighting in the room could have been better.

All was bad: long check in ; the key was not working (I had to go down do get it reprogrammed ; it happenned also the second day) ; Wifi access was not easy (I had to go down to reception for it)People at the reception were not polite ; even no apologizes for misfunction of keysRoom was basic for the price : small room, only one nightstand ; not soundproof (we heard people making love in the nearby room !!!) ; only 127 V voltage (not good for charging batteries) ; only one chair ; light was too low (I even had to use my headlamp to read and write ; scandalously overpriced for what they offer

Staff partially can‘t speak english, Heatings didn‘t work properly at the pool and at the business room, WiFi Signal in business room was unstable.The Sushi restaurant is extremely overpriced! 80 Reals for two ordinary pieces of Sushi is even above an european price, avoid!!

Great location and the staff was fantastic - very friendly and helpful.

Room needed some minor maintenance adjustments - frontdesk promptly noted all my comments when I told them.

The swimming pool and spa and hood restaurants

During my stay, everything was perfect.But:

I have been waiting to get my invoice (which I need to hand in to my employer) for three weeks now. When I checked out I was told I would receive it the next day via email. Since then I have been reminding them various times, needed to write to different people and was always told I will receive it soon, but still nothing ever happened.

Hotel is clean, comfortable and have everything you need. Breakfast is beautiful and have many options.Swimming pool is great.

The staff was great.

The room had no double glazing letting a lot of noise in. The room also had a distinct smell of mold.Water took sometime to heat up, specially in the sink. We had to let the water run for a few minutes before we got some heat.

Food

Staff at checking just not good at what they do. Seemed to me poorly trained and non motivated to do their best effort to help. I am still waiting for Receipt at check out on February/1 at 08:00 am
