    Pros +

    • The room was small. For the price paid it was not satisfactory.Bebidas, the room was next to a faciltiies room with staff and personnel often opening and closing Doors. Due to the room size it made noise and disturbing. Inaceptable for the price paid and the hotel pretension.
    • Dear Nomaa,Thank you so much for an incredible stay! The design and atmosphere were simply beautiful, and I really appreciated the work of all the team from the beginning: the area, designers, front desk, restaurant service and cleaning team! — (cleanliness is so important to me), and they made it a pleasure. The healthy shots at breakfast were a wonderful touch as well! You’ve truly created a unique way of living, and we are already looking forward to our next visit!Warm regards,
    • There's plenty to like at Nomaa, the staff were great, they helped us through their concierge service all the time, being super attentive to our needs. The breakfast was very good, since I would put Nomaa in the category of "small" luxury hotels the breakfast had a good combination of items that were well selected with an a la carte menu in which you ask for different stuff, everything was very well made, special remark to the foam of cheese they did that was super delicious in one the of tartines. The room was spacious, had a machine for espressos, multiple blankets, pillows, a great bathroom overall so I would rate a solid 9 for the room, a few thing to improve in which I will mention on the next section of the review.

    Cons -

    • Small room NoisePrice
    • About the breakfast:- the espresso is great but, the cappuccino can definitely improve, I wouldn't expect the highest level of a barista, it's a hotel, but, I think there are small adjustments to make it really shine. One of the days it was more towards a coffee with milk instead of actually having that small cream of the cappuccino.About the room:- The blackouts are not 100% great, usually, I would wake up at 6:00 a.m. with the lights, there's a couple of different types of blackouts that would allow the hotel to maintain the aesthetics but actually block all the light.- The bathroom is divided into 3 sections, one is the shower, the second one is what I would call the main area with the sink, the third is where the actual toilet is. I would recommend that the third section, the toilet itself, have a door that is not entirely transparent, even if you are with your partner, maybe that bit of privacy would greatly enhance the usage of the bathroom as a whole.
    • The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would like. It was bumpy in a few places. I think they just need to conduct more checks on the comfort of the beds. Also, the other thing that would be helpful is if they had a Convenience Store on the premises. I had forgot a few toiletries and it would have been great to buy them at the hotel.

Nomaa is an amazing hotel. Boutique and full of suprises. Room's are spacious and staff is excellent. Breakfast and the food service at the hotel is a treat. A must stay when visiting Curitiba. The location is also amazing with close shopping destiantions and perfect parks for a morning run/walk or bike ride.

The staff was very kind and there was always someone on staff that spoke English. They also provided vouchers (to and from) for a cab company that they would call to go to the Patio Batel mall. The mall is excellent and close. Another special addition is that they provided turndown service and would leave you a chocolate at bedside and if was different every night. They were amazing.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would like. It was bumpy in a few places. I think they just need to conduct more checks on the comfort of the beds. The bed is very nice! I also had a good shower there, the sprinkler is amazing. Th hotel staff is very nice the girl in the recepation was amazing giving us some tips whe we arrived.

Room service food with low quality (i asked for a burger and it was not a good experience). Also the restaurant is famous with a very expensive price but the food is just regular for the price. The room is good and clean but it's a bit tight for a 5 stars hotel. In my room the TV was also not working properly.

Breakfast very simple, no strawberries, very few fresh fruis, simple seeds, lots of carbs…

this is a new hotel. rooms are very clean and everything is new. very confortável bed. great safe location.

For Brazilian standards, breakfast was average in terms of selection and quality.

    8JoaoPosted on: 1-31-2022

Hotel room is perfect, very clean, quiet and comfortable.

Breakfast was good but it wasn't on par with the quality of the Hotel.

    10ErinPosted on: 1-26-2022

Excellent bed, great shower, friendly staff and well located next to restaurants, malls, and grocery store.

    7AngelaPosted on: 12-26-2021

The location and room are wonderful. All the rest, from breakfast , staff and cleaning - red flag

The quality of the breakfast was very poor. The staff also need some training. I believe since is a high standard hotel and they charge for it , the MUSTS were just not there. Cleaning also need additional attention. There were hair in my “new sleepers” in the room and the corridor in between the rooms had dirty carpet.

    10KirillPosted on: 11-26-2021

Excellent service - reception,.restaurant and valet staff are wonderful. Room was large and impeccably clean, huge bathroom with double shower.

Would have preferred an earlier check in time.
