Nacional Inn Curitiba Estação Shopping

The location was very close to a shopping center and the city center which is good , breakfast and rooftop pool ??

The room was dated but spacious and clean , Nice view from the roof top

Everything is good about the hotel, the breakfast is varied and good. The location is excellent, close to the mall and you will find everything, in addition to it being close to the public bus station. I would like to praise all the hotel staff, as they are friendly and helpful in many of the things I asked for.

It would be good to have a kettle or microwave for the room.

The location is very good, close to a shopping mall, making it easy to have dinner for instance.The breakfast was reasonable with several local food options and the staff was really nice and supportive, which is very appreciated.

The room setup was not good, the windows are not noise proof, the curtains are old and not well positioned and the toillet is also not the best. Someway the place is not comfortable.

The staff were excellent, the location was great, the hotel itself was fantastic... Honestly everything and everyone here was great. It was great value for money I believe, and it became a bit of a safe haven for me to recover from a sprained ankle before I could continue my trip. Staff were always accommodating. Emerton who worked near reception stood out to me as a very helpful young man and member of staff

The cold drab lighting at breakfast made it feel like you were in a prison or office type setting. Warmer lighting in the breakfast area would make a massive positive difference to atmosphere

The entire hotel is old and rundown! The rooms was disgusting. Unclean, dirty, falling apart.

The location is amazing! Close to the Shopping Estação, and a few blocks from downtown. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is delicious!!

I booked a room for 4 people, but the room had only 2 beds ( 1 queen size, 1 single). I had to pay extra for another bed - Ridiculous.

Spacious rooms for the price, good bathroom.

For some strange reason, they only gave us one thin blanket, causing us to be quite cold the first night until we asked for a better blanket. The mattress was a bit too soft.

Central location.

Very old and worn out facilities, bureaucratic checkin, lack of 1 bed, unprepared and undiscerning check-in attendant in a trivial situation. I made the reservation for 4 people. Upon arrival, I checked in for 4 people, with full payment. In the room there were only 3 beds. Walls with puffy and moldy paint. Old and crumbling wallpaper. Old and uncomfortable furniture, pillows and mattresses. I requested the correction to the reception. After 45 minutes of waiting with no response, I contacted the front desk again. The attendant Manoel said he couldn't do anything and said that the mistake was mine or Booking's. I asked to call the manager. Only then the hotel added 1 bed in the same uncomfortable room. Incompatible price (very high) with such worn out facilities. Similar or slightly higher price, there are much better and cozy hotels. Anyway, impossible to return. I was deceived by the advertisement photos and, when I got there, the receptionist's incompetence was added.

The main lobby guy was super rude. We arrived late at the night after a long drive from Florianópolis. it was the January 1st and we didn’t expect things to be closed. we were hungry and we needed help to get something to eat. the front desk didn’t help at all, was rude to us and messed up our room number when the only pizza place we found open returned my call. they didn’t explain anything about the hotel amenities. the room was SUPER dirty, old and crappy.

Easy access to Estação Shopping Mall.

I could not sleep well due to dust mites infestation. In the following morning I asked for another room and explained the situation to the attendant. She handed me a key to the new room in a rude manner, no apologies. When moving to the new room I forgot to take my shaver from the bathroom... Next day, when asking another attendant to look at Lost & Found, I heard that the person in charge was off work and that nobody else could open the Lost & Found box... What? Finally, after another unpleasant sleepless night, I decided to leave the hotel and cancelled my booking as the new room also had mites (apart from noise and not very well cleaned bathroom). Breakfast was disappoint!

The shower is good, old but good. The breakfast is as described .

It’s a pity to say that but the experience was awful. Firstly the bedroom we were offered was smelly, the other room was better but whenever I turned the air conditioner the room was invaded by tiny bugs and I couldn’t sleep either because the heat or because the bugs. Also the beds were not comfortable in the room I stayed.
