Location and varied breakfast.

The room is very old and small and does not look clean. The towels stunk no matter how clean they were. They probably only use bleach and no laundry detergent to wash them.

Bathroom super small . Tall and big people would be a challenge to fit in the shower or the toillet area.TV images are not clear . Old bed and mattress sinks in . Told management. No action taken. For a night or 2 is bearable, however we had booked for 11 days ! Could use some improvement.

There was an infiltration in the bathroom, so every time we showered we would have water infiltrating through the floor boards into the bedroom. Also the water infiltration damage has been happening for some time as it was apparent by the level of damage and stains on the flooring and wall.The breakfast I am sad to say it was worst breakfast I have had in a hotel in Brazil. There were plenty of food and a good variety but there was no love in the preparation of most of the breakfast items. Too many cake options and all of them were sickly sweet. None of them gluten free. The tapioca biscuits were also very sweet. There was even a dessert tart every morning which is unnecessary. I wish we had more savoury options, particularly gluten free. Gluten free options were minimal. The cheese bread was the worst I have had in Brazil, rubbery and slightly undercooked. There is nothing better than a crusty fresh bread roll for breakfast, the mini bread rolls offered every morning were from a packet like the ones we buy from the supermarket, so they were rubbery instead of crusty.The scrambled eggs were just tolerable. Only one yoghurt drink option and same flavour every morning. Juices were bottled instead of fres, every morning the same juice flavors: orange and grape. This was the first time I have experienced bottled juice for breakfast in a hotel in Brazil, Everywhere else we have stayed in Brasil during this trip and in the past, the juices have always been freshly made from frozen pulp or fresh fruit. The fruit options were the same every morning: melon, pawpaw, sometimes banana. watermelon and pineapple. The gelatin options were too concentrated (too firm and thick).The only items I liked in the menu were the butter, the brand President is delicious. And I also liked the cheese which was the same cheese every morning. We stayed 5 nights and felt uncomfortable for the length of the stay,The dinner options at the restaurant were extremely limited and just tolerable.

The service in the restaurant was good. Glad to have someone who can understand a little English. Food was okay.

The internet connection is poor. The room size is very small. The street noise is very loud for the room facing the main street on the lower level.

Close to our business activities. Breakfast spread is good!

No USB port - had difficulty charging my devices. Room amenities are old.

the quality of the food was not so good. they have a overcooked Pão de queijo! :-(The quality of the room service was terrible: the alvays forgot to put towels, soaps or bedclothes.the wifi is unusable

Breakfast was abundant and with an acceptable amount of options. Facilities OK. But I cannot forget to mention that everyone in your staff was kind, warm and helpful, simply very nice all of you!We had the opportunity to interact with staff at the reception, restaurant, cleaning and laundry. Thanks a million for your help and kind treats!

Clean room, very good location

Breakfast was good and some staff was friendly. Location is AMAZING.

Room wasn't that clean. Room was advertised in Booking as having a "View", but it was a 1st floor room. I had to ask for one more day and the front desk staff told me there were no vacancies, then another staff asked my room number and got me another day. Wi-fi was TERRIBLE.

The food was good with a decent variety including a vegetarian diet.

I left a pair of flip flops behind. I emailed them offering to pay for postage if they were mailed. I also had my sister in law call about them and they said they would look and call back. In short nothing was done. They neither responded to my email or called back. Because of this lack of customer service i cannot recommend them. It might be small but small things matter to me. Secondly the internet was very poor.

Location of the hotel is very good; staff is well-trained and polite; breakfast is delicious and with good variety.

Facilities and furniture are a bit old.

The wifi connectivity is really bad, I was not able to be online for more than 20 minutes straight. It was slow and unstable. I definitely not recommend this place if you plan to work from there.

The hotel is very good very central.the beds quite comfortable, Very clean. TV air conditioning working well.

The breakfast is good, the size of the room is good, water pressure is good.

I asked for a silent room, they gave me a low floor room( the person upstairs sounded like a mammoth when moving, due to how the floor was constructed), the air conditioner was an old window model(not really silent), the room was faced to the back( but close to the back pass an avenue) and the windows was not soundproof treated. Aside from that, at midday, my door was opened by a staff, luckily I was there napping and woke up. Alcohol only at the entrance and buffet, not at each floor. The WiFi was bad, constantly clogged up.

Location is great. Not the best room but it’s ok.
