Master Curitiba Hotel - 1,6 km do Estádio Couto Pereira - Show

The staff at the front desk was very courteous and spoke English. Location was convenient in the city center. This was one of the cheaper options in this location.

Many things in the basic room were broken and in poor condition, including the room door deadlock. Maintenance came into the room without knocking first. Breakfast was mediocre with not enough plates. I would not stay here again.

The breakfast was really basic but ok. The room was very clean and confortable. The staff was really good.

The floor was a bit antique and damaged.

Perfect location, a short walk from the bus/train station and into the old centre. A great buffet breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. Very comfortable room with aircon, good mattress and clean towels every day. Very good value for money. Couldn’t fault it.

A very comfortable room, there was everything, which I need: a bed, a fridge, a TV, a table with a lamp, a wardrobe. A breakfast is great!

There’s breakfast being served ss early as 3:30. Good food and good coffee!!! The gym was a plus for me. I just believe there could be some hangers (puxadores) at the gym so we can have more options for workouts such as cross-over and stuff.

Everything was great

- Clean space, you have a gym in the building, and the room was nice!- It has a restaurant, in case you do not want to do all the walk to the city centre (15-20 minute walk).

- Staff was polite, but not very open to chat with clients.- It was not easy to get from the staff any information on tours organized in the city. I think they could have promoted some popular activities (Tourism Line - Turismo Curitiba) as soon as I was doing my check-in.

The lady at the reception desk was extremely helpful and sweet. They emailed me twice after my reservation was placed with welcoming messages and ran the important information through Google translate to provide it in our language. We loved iit!! In it we found out that on top of the breakfast which is included, for a very reasonable price there is also the option lunch and dinner buffets. The value for the price is amazing.

After their very professional and warm welcoming, nothing seemed out of place. Excellent experience all around.

I like the price and the staff, they were really easy going.

The photos are really different of the reality about the rooms and mainly the gym. Gym was missing a lot of accessories to workout and some equipment were missing basic tools to be possible to use.

Staff was amazing and super helpful

- There was a water leak on the lobby - When I booked I thought that the parking and the pet was included- The room was missing a towel- The room had a problem with the lights- It was super cold in the room- The pillows were too soft and only 2 in the bed, needed more

Great location. Rooms were big, with space for us and the bed was huge. Wifi in the room was very good. There was a promotion with Booking so it was really good the value for money.

The linen was smaller than the bed so that was a little bit uncomfortable at night. Breakfast was ok but it could have more sweet options.

I really like the place! The front desk, elevator, the room.. the shower, air conditioning.. everything really good! the location is awesome: close to any part of the town. And the price, for a couple, really good!

I think the breakfast wasn’t something that I enjoyed a lot, but the food was really good! everything fresh and delicious.

desonestos

checkin not done immediately by the receptionist so could not access the wifi, staff not friendly (reception), room was not the same of the picture, room not clean every day, restaurant menu one price but they charge you a different one at the checkout, restaurant food not good with exception for the breakfast.

Very poor

No parking available, poor room service, noise beds, lack of towels and blankets.

Room and bathroom are comfortable, large and well enlightened.

Every purchase must be paid at time. They do not have a system to sum up the expenses.

The location is nice .

They just couldn’t provide a second drink when asked, they said the guy had left. I tried to order another beer and they didn’t have either , We ordered a pizza and it was cold , it came in pieces inside a plate , the taste was awful . The staff didn’t smile at anytime , I called in the morning to tell we were leaving to avoid waiting at the reception, it didn’t work , the attendant was there , cold and had done nothing , we had to wait anyway . The price wasn’t nice for what they offered . I do not recommend.
