Elevator needs updating Slow and one was not working ?

The staff at this hotel was very helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned very well as was the rest of the hotel. Checkin staff were very friendly and greeted me when I entered or left the hotel.

There was no light for reading over the bed. The pool was OK, but very shallow, so I hit my hands on the bottom when I swam. Apparently this area is set for renovation, and that is a good thing. It occupies a great place on the roof, but looks old and is underused. While I was there, one elevator quit working and a large group of soccer players arrived; movement up and down the floors was difficult and slow for my last three days

Car elétric charger and staff was awesome.

The room was a little outdated. The food at the restaurant (at lunch) was decent but nothing to get excited about and was served almost cold.

Location is good, but the rooms are old, old carpet on the floor is a nightmare.

Carpet should not be an option nowadays, bathroom is also very outdated.

We had problems from day one. On the first day, they gave us a bed in the hotel that was extremely hard, the sofa in the room was really worn out, the floor wasn't very clean, and the TV remote had bad batteries. We contacted them to ask for a room change. On the day we switched rooms, we settled in, and a few hours later, they gave the same room to another family, who walked in while my wife was sleeping. We complained, and at first, there wasn’t even an apology. We complained again, and in the end, we got a discount on the rate, but I think it’s important to share the bad experience we had. It’s unlikely we’d return.

Clean fresh room with everything I needed for the week.Great breakfast, fresh juices. Nice mini kitchen. Great maid service, desk service.

Shower had an unnecessary glass amenities shelf (one of 3) that canted down, so it couldn't hold anything, but was positioned so that you bumped into it a lot. Both my husband and I were bruised. Shower floor slippery granite ( common in Brazil) Non slip mats or straps would be smart fir guest safety and hitel liability.

Not family-friendly

This Hotel is not family-friendly. The staff do not care if at breakfast the TV is showing content not appropriate for minors. Even though they are asked to change channels or turn down the volume, they act with no consideration towards the guests.

Wifi wasn’t working in my room, I spoke to 3 different people during my 3 days stay but the issue was not fixed.Also, the towels were very old.

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty.

There were a lot of empty cabinets with no basic equipment (not even a single plate). The pool area looked abandoned.

The room was clean

The hotel staff was very rude and unpleasant. I have in fact never been treated so poorly in Curitiba. I would not stay here again because no one need this kind of agravation when on vacation.

excellent service! I asked about the possibility to clean the curtains in standard room #1202, cause I have an allergy to dust. And in the evening I’ve been back to the room with clean curtains! Thank you so much for understanding and great hospitality!moreover, a cleaning lady on the 12th floor was very kind and offered me a fresh towel when seen me coming back from the swimming pool with a wet one.Thank you!

I liked the room, location and breakfast.

the Wi-Fi doesn’t work properly and the elevator was not working for some hours also.
