Lizon Curitiba Hotel

Location was perfect for Serra Verde train to Morrettes as it is so close to the bus station. We arrived from São Paulo by bus and were able to walk in 5mins to the hotel. For the tourist train it was the same easy 5 min walk. Good breakfast. Staff were very polite, helpful and accommodating. Easy to get buses into town from close by.

The floor of our room was a little dirty but other than that it was fantastic.

The check-in took so long. I had to wait like twenty minutes they process it.It's a 4 star hotel and does not have an iron. They had to rent it and for three pieces of clothing charged 18US$. Awful service.

Beautiful hotel, a big and very comfortable room, everything clean, great value for money. Great location for the bus station, 5-10 minute walk. Fabulous breakfast.

need to get an Uber into the main part of town where bars and restaurants are … but I knew that, and that’s ok.

Super close to the bus station and various bus stops. Room was big and comfortable. Good shower. There were two wheelchair guests at the same time as us so it is a wheelchair-friendly hotel. Has a big private car park. Good breakfast. Nice view from the room.

Very friendly staff (Angelica and her co worker are amazing). The restaurant staff are also perfect. They helped me to make a surprise to my mom who didn’t know I was going to Brazil to visit her. Shower pressure and temperature were amazing. Big and nice towels.

It's in need of repair.Broken toiletThe Aircon/heater unit is noising and loud. Maybe 30 years old! There was blood on my pillow and small ants in the room.The staff were not helpful when we arrived in the pouring rain and needed help with bags.The area is a little dodgy Staff at breakfast were obsessed with people wearing masks and gloves ..then they didn't wear them themselves when handling food! The lift is awfully slow and no stairs to use.

Great hotel very close to the city center. Had a beautiful view. Very nice breakfast and a super wide bed.

This review is for TWO visits.Two rooms.The location is usefully 5 minutes walk from the long distance bus terminal. The friendliness of one of the breakfast staff and the cleaning staff.Second room (805).Clean.

The lack of a warm welcome on arrival at receptionPoor level of maintenance in the first room (205) - poor TV quality, loose toilet seat, noisy air conditioning.Although location is good and there is a bus stop outside the hotel, the area between the bus terminal and the hotel is dodgy at night.Breakfast just OK but bread often dry.

They charged me at the end for the things they never told me before. They did not speak English.
