Welcoming staff. Spacious rooms. Clean.

I liked the breakfast a lot. The room was well cleaned, when I return back to Curitiba I will book the hotel again.

It is missing people to help with the luggage, but, this is not a problem.

It was clean and the staffs were helpful and friendly. Some of them didn’t speak much English, but their hospitality was great. I had no problem getting what I wanted.The breakfast was amazing, the food was great! The location was perfect, as it was close to the main road but not directly by the road (it wasn’t too noisy).The bed was great and the blanket was warm enough.

They didn’t provide sandals, and there was no water heater in the room. But it was alright.

Excellent breakfast with plenty options. Very good location (close to UFMG campus was decisive for me). The staff was extremely helpful, despite the occasional language barriers - but translate apps work :)

Bathroom appliances could deserve some renewal, the windows would benefit from better sealing (especially in terms of sound), and the wi-fi could have been a tad faster. Nothing of those was too serious to tarnish the otherwise excellent experience, though.

Everyone was really kind and helpful. Check-in fast. Clean and nice, quiet room. Excellent breakfast!

The mattress was too soft for me. It could have been much harder. It's a little bit far from the city center but better for who like quiet neighborhood.

The staff in the restaurant were amazing, I couldn't speak Portuguese, but we managed. Excellent breakfast.

some mold in the bathroom and the towels were very old and rough, I mean this was very disappointing

it was confuse all the time. garage was packed, staff not nice, bath sealing was with mould, I didn't feel embraced at all, not even a good evening I heard. the garage is ridiculous small and I think they over book it. we couldn't park inside. I'm used to stay in Slaviero hotels, and I really like but this one was frustration and confusion.
