Not much to like, mold in the walls, bathroom door didn’t close, dirty and stains in the sheets

Good location at the city center. Staff members were friendly and helpful.

Hotel is okay if you just need a place to rest in a good location and at a fair price. Room was a little old, needing some maintenance and renovation. Not so good quality of matress and pillows. Breakfast was reasonable, but need some more variety.

This place should be close for renovation. They switched me to 5, yes FIVE ! Different rooms. First room had water liking from the above bathroom, second had no internet connection, third stinks dogs pee, fourth was too noisy that I could clearly hear people from the other toilets all night long and from the elevator all the time. But that is not only it, through my experience in all these different rooms I only so unfinished renovations in the room, painting drops from the ceiling, moody walls… you can clearly see that they do work arounds to mask the issues instead of fixing them. Just terrible. They should not charge people to stay in those conditions. I feel sorry for the kind staff that did the best they could to try to help me.

Dirty, not well kept. Bad beds, pillows and blankets. TV was broken. No room service. Poor breakfast. Drug addicts walking around all the time. Scary. Don't go!

A beautiful city with a perfect weather, Honestly everything was so perfect very well located but the fact that there’s NO Pao de queijo in the hotel for breakfast made me sad, I was hoping so bad for pao de queijo :(

Wi-Fi doesn’t work , they don’t clean the room properly

Tv is too old, only have 3 local channels. You can’t connect any other advice to it.

The location was great

We booked as it said there was parking, however there is no parking and we have two small infants so this was not what we expected. The scrambled eggs were green. The linen was sparse, no shampoo, aircon didn't function properly and the TV was dull.

The room was dirty, bathroom had mold, floor was coming up. There is no restaurant. Breakfast was very limited.

Almost everything was kind of far less than expected. The room was in the 6th floor, and let me say... There were two old fashioned lampshades with dust... the minibar was too old as its front door was literally falling down... the "cable TV" we just turned it on to be sure it didn't work. It was better to say they do not have tv... The elevator... There are two, but one was out of service, and they were very small. So sometimes you have to wait a little... Oh, and the day we arrived, they were painting the walls at the entrance hall, and near elevators doors... I think it could be a reason for a good discount, but whatever... The pictures are much better than it is for real... To have breakfast, for example... You will have the food served at one side and that beautiful photo about breakfast seeing the street is another way... So, I would tell you to search a little more and go for a better option than this Andrade Braz. For our last day in the city we tried another hotel and went to the Ibis Budget. Then we were sure about it: there were better options in the city!

The location is really convenient.

The bathtub was dirty and hasn't been cleaned from the previous host. In general, it didn't look clean at all.

The location is right in the centre. We were a group of three and asked for three beds. When presented with the room the three single beds we’re right next to each other. Not as advised.

Nothing. Worst hotel experience ever. Photos do not reflect reality

Everything. First the reception is on the first floor and there is no escalator, parking is 2 blocks away and no room to stop in the street to leave and pick up luggage. Lot's of pick-pocketeers graviting around that area. Room not clean... If it was earlier I would never stay in such a terrible place

Total disappointment and waste of my money

Everything .. poor customer service, dirty bathroom, ripped and stained towels, bedsheets that don’t fit the beds, no elevator from entrance to reception and no staff to help carry the luggage upstairs .. I was double charged for my stay! No WIFI reception in the room they assigned to me. And some of the staff were very rude . Reception don’t answer the phones . So I went downstairs and both were on their cell phones
