Hotel Victoria Villa Curitiba by Nacional Inn

The staff was extremely helpful in all aspects. The place is very clean and the breakfast is outstanding. The location was very convenient for me.

The shower needs some improvement, as very little water comes out. Probably, it simply needs some cleaning. The chairs available in the room are quite uncomfortable if you really need to work from your room.

The rooms were ok and the location good

There is absolutely no sound insulation between rooms and the street noise. It was 2 days of no sleep. Terrible.

Most things were good

I did not like that the staff was not available on the day we checked in. We were hungry and wanted to order room service before 17h. We were told that the kitchen was closed, so we went upstairs to see the swimming pool and found the entire staff having a nice barbecue. We had to take a taxi to go and find some restaurant in the city.

Location was good

Staff was bad. I booked a room through booking and didn’t realize I had to enter my fiance as well in the reservation. They charged me more at the hotel because we were two people, the room was a king size room already for two people. I looked to add another person on booking and it was the same price and they didn’t let me cancel and book it correctly.The towels were not good and only one pillow on the bed, very poor for a 4 stars hotel. Not worth the price,

The place was dirty, bed sheets stinking and the room wasn't like in the photos.

Nicely located in downtown Curitiba, the hotel gives you easy access to the famous Mercado Municipal and the Bus/Train Station. You can also easily hop on the tourist line buses to take the big circle of attractions of Curitiba. The staff was very helpful.

The beds are very old and there was no queen size beds. Only beds for one person. The room needs some painting. The roon service need to improve a lot. It’s very slow.

The pool is very small. We had to wait for more than 30 minutes to check in. It was a little outdated as well.

Nice stay for a short trip to Curitiba. It's nearby the train station and other touristic sites. That offer a nice breakfast with fresh food and fruits.

Cleanliness, tidy, comfortable, fast internet.

The room doesn’t offer you light or lamps for reading. It’s a design decision, for me bad fit.

Older, well maintained hotel...Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. It's easy to see that the management takes pride in this hotel.

Pretty decent. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Classic, beautiful building, in an old centre, but close to a big shopping mall.

Aged mattress, weird pillows. Artificially flavoured juice for breakfast is pretty disappointing for a hotel at this class.
