It seemed like we were booked in a handicapped accessible room, which was a bit odd.

They did offer breakfast for a charge of $R100 perperson. way over priced,, you can get dinner at a BBQ all you can eat for $R129. also on the next street is a breakfast place you can get fresh orange juice coffee egg ham and chesse sandwich for $R40. room was confortable, bed and pillows good. the bathroom was old with a tub you have to climb into .

One other thing they did have valet parking,, after staying for 4 night when i checked out ,the car guy tood me there was a charge for parking

Only the location

There is a lot actually . No water was given in the room , no iron , no safe box , the floor was dirty , the bed wasn’t comfortable, the breakfast was really normal and basic , the phone wasn’t working , I have no idea on what basis did they get a 5 star it’s 3 max

The matreses was good but we didn’t like the noise coming outside of the building All the rest was good but for the price we paid was not fair

The room itself

Good location, Evelyn on reception was very helpful in finding us a different room.

We were given a room which bore no resemblance to the picture on the Booking .com website, reception told us that they didn't have such a room at their hotel and the picture of the room we booked was a mistake by Booking.com. We then found the same picture on the Mecure website for the room we booked.We were upgraded to another room.Some staff very helpful some not.The room was very dated but OK.I wouldn't be able to recommend this hotel and would not return if ever in the area again. ?

Short in amenities, very small gym, dirty towels and smelly room.

The hotel is really nice, very comfortable. The breakfast is fabulous, with some dishes prepared by the chef. The gym was pretty nice, enough for some exercising. I don't recall reading about the parking during reservation, is at the hotel but charged aside by the valet parking staff, rate was fair. Didn't have the chance to eat at the restaurants, but I assume must be good, if similar to the breakfast.We didn't go walking around the hotel, but it is very well located at the heart of the Curitiba. Wee visited several places and always the hotel was in the middle.

I would have liked to have a pool where to relax. Actually, I liked pretty much everything about this hotel.

This has been my favourite place in Curitiba when I’m in town. But oh my have the standards dropped. Staff on their phones not helping with bags or even greeting us. Between 3-5pm we had drilling from works on the roomNext door they were doing work on a Saturday afternoon. Unacceptable.

Hotel was as good as I expected.Breakfast good, also coffee.

I am waiting recipe of payment.I need it for charge expenses from my company.They promised to send it to me afterward my e-mail, but nothing has came so far.

Fantastic central location in Curitiba with delicious breakfast! The room was large and very comfortable. All the staff was very professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Bathtub still old one

The bed is really comfortable, room size is great, the shower OMG, one of the best I ever had. The breakfast is also amazingly delicious…. Staff is great.

The noise coming from the outdoor air system, right outside the room, near the window is quite noisy… specially during the weekend… the window is not 100% sound proof.. the only thing I really didn’t like at my stay was this, as I’m a light sleeper!

I liked the staff who were all very friendly and professional. The daytime entertainment was exceptional. The hotel was a bit dated, but clean. All in all, good value for the money.

I stayed there at two different times within the same week. The rooms have varied quality. Some are old with bathtubs and weird AC controls while newer ones are freshly renovated with only showers. Make sure to check before you finalise your reservation.

very clean, organized. friendly staff, nice club underground and a fine Japanese restaurant in the hall. it’s quite comfortable.

as it’s an old hotel remade, there were a few issues. broken window shutters, broken bath controls and ripped leather in the bed base. but all in all, quite nice.
