Nothing at all.

We were disappointed with the hotel overall. The service upon arrival was poor, and the building is very old and poorly maintained, with dirty common areas and an unpleasant smell in the room. Even though we planned to stay only one night, we considered leaving upon arrival. The breakfast was good, but it did not make up for the overall experience.

The shower was incredible. Staff were really nice, and bed/room were comfortable.

The chair in the room, which I used for working, wasn't in very good condition and it was about to break.

Very old and dingy hotel. The wifi does not work at all or at least for 5 minutes every hour. The breakfast isn't that great as well. I would say the pros are the location and the staff.

The location and the price

The air conditioner in the bedroom was poorly positioned, making it uncomfortable to use. My breakfast included moldy bread, which was very disappointing. Additionally, some bathroom walls had mold, and there was no shampoo provided.

Dirt, old and like trash place. Walls complete damaged, carpet dirt and with terrible smell.Bath room dirt and nothing like the pictures showed at Booking.

Breakfast was passable and the staff was really polite. But absolutely nothing else is good.

Everything was dirty, from the corridor floors to the windows. My door seemed to have been broken before and it was poorly repaired, and also it didn't have a lock. I felt unsafe. The bed was absolutely uncomfortable, and the blankets smelled. The furniture is chipped or damaged. The wifi doesn't work. Moreover, there was no shampoo or hair conditioner or hair dryer, but none of it was informed.

Nothing. The pictures are out of reality. The room is completly different.

The price.Its cheap hotel type, but they charge prices of good hotels like Ibis. Its not worth it.

Just the location

Everything, I can’t even believe it’s here listed in booking. It’s really not even a 1 star. Everything old, the pictures listed has nothing to do with the place, the beds are uncomfortable, no heating system, breakfast with overdue fruits, staff are super rude and unwilling to help, no hairdryer, molded rooms. Summing up, the worst place of booking I’ve have ever stayed!

Everything was perfect. The best breakfast in Brasil The location is very close to the town and the bus terminal. I recommend it !!!

Had 6 cockroaches come into the bathroom across 2 days. Beds not that comfy. Breakfast very basic.

Perfect location very close to busstation and city center. Very clean and a good breakfast included. Good WIFI.

First of all we arrived and they didn’t have our booked room available. They sent us to another hotel Rene Andrade Mercado Hotel, which was a disaster. Everything was old and dirty, the bedsheets had stains, the bin in the toilet was not emptied and still had trash from the previous guest. The room was uncomfortable with two beds put as one. Horrible experience even tho we stayed for a few hours to catch some sleep. Do not recommend at all.

Disappointing

On my first day (room 306) the bed was wobbling, noise and quite uncomfortable to sleep in it. Inside my room, there is a door that gives access to the other bathroom's room. It was possible to hear everything that was happening on the other side, I am not talking about a wall that we could hear through, it was a door, the door frame had gaps...not a great experience at night or early in the morning. I requested to change rooms. Next room 606, nothing in the fridge (water, soft drinks as suggested), the shower never worked properly. For 2 days I didn't have a hot shower yet. Disappointing. Wi-Fi signal was too weak inside my room. To finish, one night, the smart lock didn't work and I had to wait until the receptionist find a way (she used a hard card to push the latch) in order to open the door.

Location very close to rodoviaria, walking distance to a lot of historical centre sites and psrks

Soundproofing wasn't good, could hear chairs scraping, people talking from other rooms, corridor and rooms above, although reception dealt with a particularly noisy room when requested.
