I forgot my cell phone charger in the room when I checked out. As soon as I realized it, which was a few hours later, I contacted the hotel explaining what had happened. They asked me to wait until the next day to respond and did not reply back. When I inquired again in the following day, they replied saying that they had not found the charger. I insisted as the charger was there and they said they hadn't found it. I noticed a clear tone of distrust in their message. In other words, if you forget something at the hotel, you will NOT be able to count on them. REGREATTABLE .

my room had a door separating to the next room. Around midnight arrrived the woman guest from the other room. Didn't stop speaking and there was no acoustic to prevent the sound as this door allowed all sounds to pass. Had to wait until she stopped speaking to go to sleep. Same thing the next day at 7hs...
Amazing hotel. I loved the art style. Super comfy and very attentive staff. There is a valet for your car which is also amazing. View is great and although it is located in the middle of the city, it is very quiet.
A couple directly above us was fighting for two nights. This is was not nice, but it is not the problem of the hotel. If your relationship is bar, please break up and do not close the doors strong or scream around. It is very annoying. Stop to behave like children.

Well, arrived tired, late at night, NO CUP OR GLASS at the room and NO WATER. Next day I claimed, and the SAME. Even the day I was making the check out the RECEPTION LADY suggested I could use my hands and get some tap water. SHAME ON HER. And then they charged my AMEX directly, when I had ENOUGH CASH WITH ME and I needed to pay cash. So basically, it is a pity, a rather old hotel which could be nice with PROFESSIONAL STAFF.

My room was linked with another room by a door (closed/ locked) but i heard the celular ringing at 7:30 am twice.I was on vacation and the noise of another room I could hear frequently.
The location is good. Close to restaurants and to a large mall.The breakfast has good alternatives and overall it is good.
The room was quite dated. There was a weird dark carpet that we couldn’t figure out if it was clean or dirty.In addition to that, the sagging mattress was a nuisance to our sleep.
The Breakfast was good and had a decent spread and options. The location is just apt for a Solo traveler who wants to walk around or visit the mall in free time and also plenty of good restaurant options around the hotel too.
The hotel is in an amazing upper scale area of Curitiba. The staff was amazing, the bed was huge and comfortable and the atmosphere of the hotel was top notch. Definitely the best hotel that I’ve stayed at in Curitiba.

Room with very poor sound isolation and old equipments, we could hear everything from the rooms on both sides. The room still has a DVD player and the door to the connected room had a large space below it—avoid it!
