The staffs could dpeak English and were kind

The hotel building is quite old. Some smell of old and dirts. Smrlls of cigarette smoking also. I opened the window while sleeping. I could not sleep well.

The cleanliness and the location

The air-condition was not working properly. On our last day we realized the aircon machine was installed inside the room and was heating up the bedroom. The restaurant took 1 hour to prepare our dinner and it was not well prepared. Unfortunately it was not a good experience.

Location is Good. Facilities are good. Breakfast is fair. Staff is OK.

Cleanliness of the bathroom was really bad, the smell was awful.

This was our second time in the hotel. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean, as it was in our first stay. What surprised us is that the breakfast improved a lot and now it is first class. We use this hotel as a one night stop in our trips in Brazil. We'll be back. Great price performance.

The staff wasn't kind. One morning without letting us know thr closed breakfast 30 min earlier and we almost missed it.

There was breakfast starting 4 am and the breakfast is amazing very complete. Facilities wonderful and excellent service from staff and managers.

Nothing everything excellent.

Room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. I came to see my wife but complications came which the staff were very kind to assist with.

Wish I was able to stay longer

Close to interstate roads and airport. Spacious room.

Confused staff/management/proposal: front desk briefed me room service was available, gave restaurant extension; restaurant staff told they were too busy for room service, suggested to pick order up. Poor insulation (windows, walls, door): chit-chat from front desk coming up to upper floor all night long; group of teenagers running thru corridors late at night; professional girl admitted next door comically and loudly encenating.

Everything was very good, breakfast, the restaurant and the gym.

The service they advertise to free shuttle to the airport in and out wasn't available.

Everything! All staff, including those in training, were excellent and friendly. Room was pristinely clean, spacious and the bed was massive! Breakfast included had many options and was all tasty.

Too noisy. There were people talking too loud at the night we arrived and we could hear everything from our room.

Excellent hotel with very helpful staff. I am definitely coming back. Perfectly located for Airport pickups or an overnight stay to catch an early flight.
