Breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very aesthetically pleasing

The spaciousness of the rooms and beautiful wildlife at the premises. The staff were very friendly and accommodating of our needs as we were traveling with our 3 year old daughter.

staff too slow. iron took 45min to reach room and waited for 50min at restaurant (fairly empty) before we had to leave to catch flight. no sense of urgency

The rooms were beautiful and very clean.They also provided everything you need to have a lovely stay without feeling like you had to go into town to get stuff.The estate is very beautiful. You can enjoy a walk around.

I think the hotel was good but missed some important things important for hosting like guest robes, slippers, vanity kits. I would expect them to have these sorted. Also had to request for water to be put in my room- perhaps this was an oversight. I do appreciate that they gave me an early check in! And a room closer to the bride and the groom as I was attending a wedding. This helped with making setting up easy.

There was a wedding on the Saturday and our room was placed between the guest rooms and the wedding venue which had a lot of traffic and noise. Music was very loud in the room but at least grateful it ended at midnight.

Excellent breakfast, appreciated the ciabatta and marmalade!But no-one offered coffee of tea......maybe we had to get it ourselves?

The floor in the room wasn't clean - personally didn't like the low basin in the bathroom or the hand towel hangar, nor the bath, but the outdoor shower was fantastic in the hot weather.

Clean and comfortable room. Peace and quiet. Restaurant is nice. Staff (hotel and restaurant) was absolutely fantastic.

The Garden

The bed was too soft. the bath towels were not enough.

The place is beautiful but a lot can be improved or they can learn a thing or two from their neighbo

There should be buttlers or concierge to assist with luggage. The staff is too casual with the guests. I pre-ordered dinner and they forgot it then it came 2 hours late. They can learn a thing or two from their neighbour The Prana Lodge on how to take care of guests instead of treating guests like we are in a boarding house.

Quality of rooms finishes and decor

We made a last minute booking over Christmas. We were told we couldn't book and then we could book online? Disappointed to find the Spa was closed during our stay and we were unable to join the Christmas Eve function which, understandably, was fully booked already. We ate in the Club House but some menu items were unavailable and draught beer and dry rose was not on offer.Restaurant/Bar front staff and managers require more service delivery training. The table we reserved was not ready for us.Continental breakfast offering was rather basic. No cheese or cold meats, grains etc reflective in the rate. We loved the whole ambiance of the estate, our luxurious rooms and the Christmas Day menu offering! Will book again and hope to experience the Spa open next time.

It’s a clean quiet place, very serene and I truly enjoyed myself. Latest gadgets and really well thought out lay out and design. Very accommodating Restuarant owner and friendly receptionists.

Beautiful place, very nice decor, golf course and the food was excellent!

The seemed understaffed, there was nobody at the swimming pool to help put out the tan bed mattress, towels, the club house’s outside seating was dirty, and not cleaned were previously people sat, we had Christmas eve dinner at the Clubhouse because the function was already fully booked, there were no music or atmosphere, asked if they could play some music for us and the waiter put the tv on. Just disappointed because there is so much potential but needs some management to step up the training

Beautiful golf course with wild animals roaming while you play, stunning private accommodation, delicious and well priced food and drinks, friendly staff, loved every second of it.

It could do with a shuttle service in and out of town/surrounds but otherwise lacked for nothing!

The cleaning staff was load. You can hear them talking and shouting in the other rooms..

The receptionist Ziyanda welcomed us very warmly and was available to assist throughout our stay. The atmosphere is great, the restaurant is welcoming and nice food served. Rooms beautiful and loved the outside shower. Frank sealed it with showing us the properties.
