The close proximity to the sea.The friendly staff.

The bed needs a new mattress (the one closest to the Window that looks into the ocean.There needs to be a pedestrian access considered so that guests can let themselves in and out should thay want to walk around the promenade.

The location is good and staff friendly and welcoming.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned. The kettle disgusting and broken. I could not even have coffee because it was not clean for use at all.

Staff was friendly room was clean.

The bathroom was blocked we asked for assistance no one came to fix it it was smell like hell in the bathroom

Pillows were dirty, rooms had a smell of molds,l was disappointed that there was no fridge

The food was not nica

I'm not sure if it was because I booked on line but the fact that I was not informed that I have to choose between eating at the Hotel or outside was a turn off.So the next time I visit the Eastern Cape I'll prefer to eat in rather than to travel a distance for only a meal whereas I could get everything in one basket..

Ensuring that your agent inform the customers of the options available when it comes to the meals, whether inside or out. Come to think of it, you've just landed and you need something to eat but only to find that you have to drive again to get to the place of food, that's no good at all. Rather let it be a guest's option to go and eat out tn

Friendly staff especially at the reception, clean environment and comfortable beds. Yho the linen top notch towels were very very clean and white.

The limited wifi megabits not even gigs (there is room for improvement on this please). The fact that there are no bar fridges in rooms (drinking hot soft drinks is not ayoba).

Rooms are spacious and clean. Great views from your room. Great location

The breakfast was good and we liked the english breakfast with pancakes and apple juice.

I did not like the noise while I was sleeping. Rules should be considered especially for all guests.

The receptionist was rude the room was wet on the floor On and off internet Windows and dirtyRooms they have definitely lowered their standards no quality check on the Rooms linen is off white reception doors dirty

Had no meals.

The windows were letting in lot of water, as a result the floor was soaked and uncomfortable. Because l had no alternative, l had to stay put.

The staff at reception are very friendly

The rooms don’t have bar fridges, they need to change that. The cleaners didn’t change linen and did not clean the room, I complained about how dirty was my room nonetheless they didn’t clean it. I will never recommend any one for that place.

The breakfast was not included

The bed was broken and it was not comfortable at all and room temperature was cold at the night i arrived at least if around 19h00 the temperature was lowered to warm degree.

The property is so clean, except that I wish they can fight cockrosh and linen for the second day was ripped.

Quietness and breakfast was the best. The hotel is exactly what is advertised on page

Change the advertising that there is no parking as if parking is public on street. And that the wifi is being paid R90 for 24 hrs . I was shocked to find that parking is safe and secured. Wifi is free I was glad about it.

The place is comfortable

Ceiling innthe bathroom was untidy looked like some renovations were in progress. The bedside lamp was faulty missing the on/off switch.

Great value for money! Comfortable beds. Amazing sea view. Wi-Fi connectivity greatest by the door. Amazing staff. Second visit to this place in 3 months! Definitely returning soon.

Limited parking space. Make sure you use 1 car if you’re a group of 3. Be careful when driving out through the exit if you’ve got a small car. Your bumper will hate you!

The place is close to the see

The room doesn’t have Fridge and some other Wi-Fi passwords were not working

The staff,especially the lady that was at the reception on Friday 14th in the afternoon, and on Saturday morning...

We were only given 2 sachet of powdered milk for the whole day.We booked the room for 2 people,but we only got 1 shower cap per day..also we had problem with our TV
