Location and secure parking

Very noisy in the hotel (guests) Had to wait for my room to be ready. Food could be improved upon. No almond milk to meet dietary needs. No table and chair on the balcony

Big spacious room with a view, right across from the beach, staff friendly, neat and clean, comfortable bed.

The aircon didn't work in my room, I slept warm enough but just wanted to take the chill out of the air before bed. Phone didn't work (couldn't hear when I tried placing room service), but they sent someone to the room to make contact so it was managed well. Couldn't take a bath (no plug - but this was to save water due to restrictions, so I understand).

Facility, breakfast, reasonable hotel rates, friendly staff

I liked how fast the room service was. The stuff was nice. Helped us operate the TV. They were so kind. Lastly our special request for an ocean view room was honoured that made us happy.

Rooms smelt stuffy. Air purifier with too much air freshener trying to eliminate the stuffiness,which irritated my sinuses. Bathroom extractor not working.Location not safe

Exceptional, friendly staff and superb service. They went all the way out to ensure that our needs are met and we experience a "Home Feeling".The cleanliness and general, peaceful environment was a plus

Limited coffee stations with many people being in line. The wi-fi can be upgraded to be a bit faster.A variety of food will be highly appreciated particularly for some of us with a longer stay in the hotel

I called for a very long time I kept on waiting on a call and I had to go there my self.

My room 324 was mouldy and was quite unpleasant

Cockroaches walking on the wall in bedroom. The buffet dinner was not worth R200 per person

The bath tub and shower in one, it was difficult to set the tap to get the water in the shower instead of the bath tub tap bcoz of the one tap that is difficult to set

really enjoyed the breakfast. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and offered a good variety. It was a great way to start the day and definitely one of the highlights of my stay.

The room was clean and functional, but it felt quite outdated. The furnishings had an old-fashioned style that could use a modern revamp. The light switches and plugs seemed to be from decades ago, which added to the outdated feel. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations in terms of styling—I was hoping for a more contemporary and refreshed atmosphere.
