The sea view with balcony, also their breakfast is delicious

When we got there there where no Cards to go in and out of the room. Each and every time we went out we have to be accompanied by a stuff to open for us.

Clean hotel with the greatest sea view ever, marvelous very welcoming staff

Even the quarry i had was sorted with friendliness and speed. They understood it and were not personal

No fridge at least room must have a fridgeAlso add some ironing room to avoid long que for ironing.In my room there was only one chair at least 2 for a room even it it's standard room

Closer to the beach

Staff at reception were just being at work, not providing service with a smile. Plus they must consider allocating iron areas per floor or allow each room to have its own dedicated iron and board.

Hotel from the early 2000, same furniture and decor. In front of the sea but no beach. Large balcony but no chair to enjoy. Good breakfast. There is 2 hotel sharing the same entrance, ask where to go when passing the gate.

Shower clogged, shower head broken,

Service, cleanliness, entertainment - Having a smart tv was excellent choice since I can watch anything I want whether its Youtube, dstv or netflix

There was no bin for sanitary pads in the bathroom.

Nothing. The evening staff was rude and obnoxious. They refused to allow us into the property saying the food we had (which included a bottle of opened wine) was not allowed as it was not purchased there.Very unpleasant people and far less pleasant suite (for the price charged).

The room was clean, and the nice view.

I was staying for three nights but there were only two towels. The parking near the entrance is too limited, it's always full. You have to park near the main gate and walk to the hotel.

The hotel staff were very friendly

I booked for 2 people but everything in my room was for one person and please put a bar fridge in the rooms

No hot water in the shower, it was lukewarm. Basin water was restricted.

The staff members were friendly and helpful

There was no water in the evening and I couldn't shower. I also left the next morning to catch a flight without taking a shower. There was no value for the amount of money I paid for my stay.

Very clean, spacious and quiet rooms.

The Hotel is great but the breakfast is too expensive for what they offer. The Buffet on Monday evenings not good value for money. I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and the food was disappointing on all five nights. Otherwise the hotel is good value for money.

I liked my sea facing balcony, the cleanliness of the room, fresh linen and the prompt room service.

The tv was not easy to access but called on to the handy man who came in immediately and was very friendly

Went to have breakfast with colleagues at the Premier hotel. so not sure about breakfast at the Premier Regent. I appreciated the fact that they could accommodate my earlier check in request.

The fact that there is absolutely no TV available unless you log in with your own Netflix details, we paid a decent rate, could atleast have some tv to watch. The hotel is very loud, could hear guests talking and doors slamming into early morning hours.

Even small guest houses in rural areas make this clear upfront.Additionally, there is a plumbing issue in the bathroom—when turning on the shower, the tub faucet also runs, and vice versa. This needs to be fixed for a better guest experience."
