The hotel was very clean and very nicely decorated. Nice pool, bar, and views. Location was close to waterfront, greenpoint, grocery store and restaurants. Staff was very friendly

OMG, the staff was amazing.

Great indoor/outdoor pool and gym facilities. The staff was very friendly.The Yu restaurant was delicious and the waiters were excellent.

Location: Central location just across the street from the CTICC. Walking distance to Long and Bree streets, lots of conveniences close by. Staff: Professional, warm, helpful, and knowledgeable. Definitely a huge asset to the hotel. Everyone was lovely. Room: Really lovely, modern, and well-appointed; just like photos, larger than expected, very clean. Kitchen is fully functional with the glasses, cutlery, and tableware needed. Comfortable bed, lush! And couch was also very comfortable. Appreciated the lighting, lamps, recessed lighting, warm or bright light... helpful for the whole range from putting on makeup or reading to resting in low comfy light. Also large wardrobe with shelves, robes and slippers provided!Bathroom: clean, compact, no counterspace but does have two useful drawers under the sink. Really nice smelling bath products. Powerful shower.Added bonus: there's a 4th floor lounge with patio balcony that has amazing views of Table Mountain day and night. You can sit here and watch a game, have a drink, and even order from the restaurant downstairsAnd the spa though small is really nice!. Skilled staff, and a very relaxing experience. They make you feel special and pampered.

Breakfast was fantastic in a nice bright room. Dinner was also excellent at the adjacent restaurant. The location is convenient and the staff generally helpful.

I was very annoyed that the man at the desk pushed me to order a taxi from him- at three times the rate of an uber! Not cool.

The room (One bedroom apartment ) was specious and has all the need.Their breakfast is exceptional with nice buffet and the great menu to chose from. The food was tasty

In the bathroom I would usually prefer the bath tub over the shower. Anyway its a personal preference You need a taxi to go and get back from the waterfront area (Bolt is a great option)

Great apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Comfortable beds, nice little kitchenette with fridge. Nice partial view of Table Mountain. Very friendly service.

Location, Ambience, Breakfast, staff courtesy and willingness to assist. Close proximity to Burger King and other shops around where you can easily get things. Not far from V & A Mall.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room size was truly amazing—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping team did an exceptional job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout my stay.

Staff are rude, impolite and completely disorganized. The hotel writes down policies on paper but doesn’t apply them, instead they mistreat clients.Example: we requested laundry service for two days in a row. On the third day, we noticed that the first day’s clothes never came back. When we called reception, they suddenly said laundry is only returned after payment – something that is written nowhere in their rules. Later, when we went to reception, they made up an excuse that because it was “too many clothes” (we are a family of four traveling), the hotel had this “policy.” In reality, they simply doubt clients’ ability to pay, which is insulting. If that’s the case, they should be transparent from the beginning.Housekeeping is just as bad. There is clearly zero management monitoring. Twice we had to request basic items such as towels – things that should already be in the room – and not once did we receive a proper apology.Overall, this is an unprofessional, arrogant, and poorly managed hotel. Definitely not worth the hype or the price.

The security, the price, the amenities inside the room.

I think it’s all about the staff. No one is answering when we call; the reception and house keeping. We have to go to the reception every day to ask them to send some on the clean up our room. The cleaning wasn’t good. The didn’t put a new shampoo or body wash and we have to go to the reception to ask for that.

Great room for family stay in central Cape Town. Beautiful views of Table Mountain. Friendly staff and warm welcome. The on-site restaurants were excellent for breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend.

Loved we had 2 bedrooms the biggest balcony I’ve seen! And my favorite person was Kenny. She was awesome with helping me plan things before I came to helping even once we arrived!

Other staff not as helpful as Kenny! Still think viator might be better to book excursions

Great rooms, nice bar and restaurant. Super location

The area outside at night has some questionable characters, but I think this is pretty much everywhere in Cape Town. Don’t flash your phone while you’re out or somebody will try and take it off your hands. There were some unsavory who tried to convince us to follow them, just be smart.
