Entire staff was awesome. hotel employee was exceptional and most helpful.

Food could be better.

Staff were amazing, friendly and always helpful.

We stayed on top floor under kitchen, could hear them cleaning at night. Not ideal only stay in 601-604 the other two units are a little loud at night

I booked with breakfast but was charged extra R340 for breakfast for a day then they put few things in rooms for consumption and I was charged R500 when checking in then as check l was charged R1400 for eating those food and beverage ,Now they send me email again that l owed them money for extras l don’t know which extras now

Loved the suite we booked, was super comfy and luxurious!! Loved the fact that there is underground parking available to guests. Breakfast was ample and offered something for everyone, dinner dessert surprise for hubbies birthday was so thoughtful at The London Road Bistro in house restaurant. Staff really attended to us so well while we dined, evening and morning. Thanks to the the Management and staff for our most welcoming reception and stay there!!!

Maybe find a new supplier for your steaks !

I liked the convinience, close to the beach, convinience stores and restaurants. Accommodates the whole family

Noise pollution at night and the condition of the bathroom, it not well maintained. The mini bar system is not well oiled, it has too many loopholes and inconvenience guests when inventory is done at checkout with daily tracking by both the guest and hotel staff. Mini bar stock up must be optional not compulsory

Size of the suite, friendly staff.

The living room couch could be updated as it looked worn out. We also found the lack of baby bath facilities to be inconvenient. Room service portions were smaller than expected for the price.

Convenient parking.

The elevator is very very slow! Room service was really poor.

The only concern is that new staff were used and only 1 waitress was used to attend all tables alone. We had to wait for the food for more than an hour. The service in their restaurant was completely poor. ☹️

Amazing rooftop bar and pool! Safe area close to the sea. Perfect location for Sports on the Promenade of sea point. The hotel staff were very friendly and did everything they could to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Special thanks to Candice and Cynthia K. !

Nothing at all, the amount you pay vs the appearance is totally different. The rooms are very tight, beds very small your feet can’t fit on the bed, terrible bed to sleep on. The living area sofa’s are in a bad state uncomfortable at all. The shower not draining water, you shower with dirty water

Location, good sized living area in room, roof top pool.

Noise from seagulls meant it impossible to sleep due to no double glazing. Location is good, overlooking properties with bars at the windows didn’t feel safe. Gym small, hot and basic. Front desk staff often cold and unwelcoming. Parts of room tired.

The staff are amazing and extremely helpful. Location is ideal; close to the Waterfront, My citi bus stop.

The hotel is advertised as 4 star. It should in reality be downgraded to a 3 star. The lack of maintenance is very apparent. Our bathroom reaked of mould and effluent. Water damage to the wood over the years has not been replaced. The shower rose was clogged and showering was quite a challenge. It was replaced the next day. The outside of the kitchen appliances and counter tops were not clean. The pillows are very uncomfortable. Breakfast was adequate but certainly not 4 star quality. Room service menu very limited. No sandwiches. I did speak to the manager on check out about these issues. He assured me that it would be rectified.

It was very windy outside and the wind howled through the apartment making it noisy.

Location was excellent . The assistance from the giy carrying our bags was next level, very professional. The breakfast Buffett was excellent.

Wifi is extremely slow, tv did not work in room. Communication on how to use your access control cards from reception was really bad. Had to figure it out ourselves.

Breakfast options were good. Parking was available and suitable. Staff were excellent and the best thing about the hotel. Great location in Sea Point.

No air con in the room although the ceiling fan was fine, the bedroom could have benefitted from some air con. We booked because we thought it had air con but it was situated at the far end of the apartment in the lviing room and did nothing to cool down the apartment. The bedroom was TINY compared to the rest of the apartment. Should have switched it all around.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Great location, nice breakfast.

The overall flat was spacious but not the bedroom- barely space to lie flat a large suitcase. Terrible sewage odor in bathroom, these are what lowered my rating of the hotel. Could use more lounge chairs by pool.

The fittings and finishes are a bit outdated. Our bathroom shower did not have hot water on the first night and the first morning. The toilet would sometimes have issues flushing properly. There was also an issue with the geyser in our bedroom which was dripping with water overnight and affected our sleep.
