One of the men behind the bar was trying to bully a Chinese guest into buying him and the other barman a hamburger. Not great behaviour, not a good look for our country...

Nothing, the space of the bedroom was very small, the toilet don’t can’t open full.. you have to slide to get in,

We booked for four days and we didn’t even sleep because the space was too small, cancelation fee was supposed to be R790 per night and they were suppose to give us the remaing but they didn’t

The breakfast was good; however, we do not eat pork, and the pork was in-between the eggs and the other food. The set up was good .

You can have a bar fridge in the room and no swinging pool. The parking was not good at all for me.

the room did not have a wardrobe. hanging clothes on the door of the toilet is clumsy and gives a crowded perspective. does not allow the guest to rest well

The breakfast was not nice at all. The meal was a let-down. The location did not feel safe.

We didn't stay to find out. The hotel and facilities did not meet any of our expectations

The Rooms were very small. The passage on the 11th floor was dirty. Hair was found in the shower. The 1 lif that goes up to the 11th floor is very busy and you have to wait very long. There is no parking facility for the hotel, so you must pay another company to park in the open R140 per night. Th parking is filthy and smells foul. The hotel pictures online is misleading. The hotel cannot be compare to the Cullinan Southern Sun, yet their room prices were higher.

Location and we git lost the name on the hotel says Signature Lux not Onomo and we got lost and waited over two hours for keys to the room and there is no parking it was not nice

It was very clean. Very convenient location. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was tasty.

It was nice, but it was the same thing every day.

The rooms are very tiny. Also there wasn't enough shower gel and soap we got one for four days and we were two in the room. That goes for the body lotion as well.

Limiting what you can watch on tv, no netflix, youtube yet it's a smart tv.

The breakfast was good.The location is not good. I was supposed to be at Onomo waterfront but ended up being sent to Onomo cbd without my approval. I was told waterfront was fully booked after I had made the payment which for me is unethical.

The bar didnt have certain beverages and I was told to go to Tops. However, I cant sit at the bar to drink my favourite drink. Also, I had to pay R140 for parking which is not even under the carport or cover. The receptionist was even asking me to give her one of my alcoholic drinks.

The wall decor is lovely. the beds were comfortable .Close walking distance to CTICC .Very Good breakfast served .

The was construction happening on the other side -outside my window,very disturbing-hotels should advise online if there is construction on site or around the area when you use the tap- the water splashes around the basin and makes a mess - a proper suitable tap needs to be looked into especially because the space for the basin is so small

Room service could have cleaned our room better after my spouse fell ill and vomited. it should have been sprayed.
