    Pros +

    • Location, staff, shower room G06). Comfortable and pretty quiet room.
    • Everything was very comfortable and clean.Staff were very helpful. We were able to check in early and could leave luggage after check out
    • I liked the staff ,they do listen in good smile, the cleaner I was always calling to replace the resources like tissue and other staff to replace, the room was gud for me and my husband, the carpet in the passage must be removed as it is dirty and in bad smell, the dinning staff where very good I liked them

    Cons -

    • The small area on ground floor where my room G06 was needed a good paint. Walls and doors are scuffed. There was also a smell of smoking periodically.
    • I didn't like your carpet in the passage as it is dirty and in bad smells
    • The breakfast! It was the same everyday last year and this year as well...not much variety and the mashroom and scrambled eggs look unappetizing

Great breakfast and location was perfect for our stay. The hotel has a lovey view of the mountain and it was a bonus to get safe parking.

This was our second stay at the hotel, apart from the amazing location, the great views, we love the simplicity, we loved the room size abd our private balcony, it was clean and the friendly staff...

The staff was very friend, and the venue was central to table mountain and waterfront. Loved taking walks in the morning. Safe, friendly and lclean

Clean, and the staff was friendly especially the white lady at the reception very kind. Forgot her name.

Not being offered water. Had to buy water. No variety in terms of breakfast, having the same items served throughout the week.

Staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, the views of table mountain from the room and terrace were spectacular, the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, the common areas were nicely decorated, good location with lots of food and shopping options (Spar convenience store around the corner)

The shower was the only decent thing.

Aircon not working nor the fan, uncomfortable pillow and no space in the room besides on the bed, very squashed and uncomfortable especially for ZAR1,800 +/- per room - absolute rip.Staffs attitude at check in was awful. Never again will I stay there.

Location was great as it’s just off the famous Kloof street - loads of bars and restaurants in the area! Overall teams are super friendly and helpful! Great views of table mountain from the restaurant / breakfast area!

Room was not prepared when I checked in (no towels, cups, toilet paper, etc) - when asked, I was told by the reception to go and buy it from the spar nearby! Absolutely shocked with the response! The rest of the teams were apologetic and I must say absolutely amazing - just one bad apple left a sour taste to all the efforts put in by the others! Does get very loud and you can hear the music from down below (or somewhere) doors are always banging so probably more of a younger touristy vibe at the hotel rather than a business stay location!

    great location lovely looking hotel

very poor servicecomplained about my phone not working every day for 3 days. And still no one fixed it. A very late night check in was painful and laborious. I asked to stay an extra night it was confirmed but the staff tried to wake me up and tell me to leave the room. I booked 11 rooms at this hotel for a group work booking and we were treated very badly. No communication between staff.

My room was very large, internet was fast, and the shower water was nice and hot.

The location was perfect, near restaurants and stores. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was great AND we could ordered from the breakfast menu if we’d like. All included with the room. Even though it was too cold to use the pool, we could tell it was a nice place to relax and enjoy the view of Table Mountain and Lion’s Head.

The room could be slightly bigger. But not a deal breaker for us.

It was close to Table mountain and good restaurants on Kloof street. The vestibule and restaurant with the terrace under the light up table mountain was beautiful. Food and drinks with live music was great! Breakfast was included with nice selection.

Very small room. But surprisingly every little corner had shelves and hidden small shelves but still no room for suitcases.

Very nice place to stay in Capetown. Close to the Table mountain, Bo-Kaap and the city centre.Staff was super helpful and they even offered us the car wash service without having to go looking out for that! The room was nice, clean and comfy. I really like the in-house restaurant and their selection, we even had the pleasure to listen to live music while dining!Definitely recommended.

Amazing location. Attentive staff, good breakfast, they went the extra mile for the comfort. Easy to walk to shops, bars, restauratants, etc. Very safe area

Room was smaller than expected, but this might be on me for not reading everything properly. They lock the minifridge, meaning I couldn't use it to chill my beverages!!
