The tranquility of the area, the view of the sea and the staff.

The way it is advertised can be improved in order to give a better idea of the type of hotel it is.

Great location in Camps Bay. Staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Fresh breads on your door each morning and a well stocked fridge and kitchen for making breakfast and snacks. Excellent bedding and mattress. Good wifi connections.

Door could use weather stripping/insulation to reduce noise from hallway, otherwise I loved it!

Amazing room, view, amenities, comfort, service. Really a top notch hotel -- I've stayed at many 5 and 4 star hotels, and this is right up with the best I've encountered.

Although it didn't bother me, there were no common areas to hang out except the pool area (which is very nice).

Located in a nice area. Felt very safe there. Staff was extremely nice and professional.

Beds could have been a bit softer but apparently beds in South Africa are firm because we stayed in three different places on this trip and all the beds were firm.

The facilities, view, and rooms were great.

A little overpriced

Amazingly clean, modern and well kept. Incredibly spacious bedroom with sitting area and kitchenette and beautiful bathroom with bathtub and spacious shower. Room overlooked greenery and sea. Staff was kind and helpful and made the stay wonderful. Fresh superior foodstuffs were delivered daily with fresh bread hanging in a bag from the door each morning.

Bathroom smelled funny

Location, very comfortable in the area to walk around. The size of the room was great. Restaurant selection was walking distance and awesome.

The location of this hotel is excellent and the view are amazing. You can watch the sunset over the ocean and see Lion's head mountain in another side. There are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance and the hotel offers a variety of bicycles for free. It was also convenient to have a private garage. Both the bathroom and the room were spacious and the balcony was great.

The mattress was uneven and too soft, it really needs to be replaced. It said that the room had a laundry and dryer but actually there were only two machines each downstairs, shared with other guests.It was also listed as including breakfast, but they provided only ingredients but we told them that we don't want to cook so they refunded the breakfast fee which was ok.

Perfect location, friendly staff and beautiful room ?

Cute decor, room was beautiful and big, Mickey at front desk was so awesome and helpful, loved the location, restaurants near, beach across the street, good value!

I have stayed only 3 nights in the hotel (#21) and deeply regret that my stay was too short. The apartment is well maintained and equipped until the small details, such as yoga mat, for the morning asanas! The breakfast provided with good quality and variety of products. It gets delivered to your door. Staff is very kind and helpful. The water in the swimming pool is heated. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

It's not that I didn't like it, but I got confused: in the fridge, it is a note where mentioned that "food is complimentary," and it appears that for the breakfast items, you have to pay separately. Which is totally fine! It would be better if the message would have more clarity and/or specifics about the complimentary items.

Everything was beautiful and pleasant. The place was close to all services, very safe, and the staff was extremely friendly—especially Lifa, Sinza, and Yaerika. They were incredibly kind, professional, and respectful. I will definitely choose them again for my next visit.The hotel offers a self-service laundry, which I really appreciated as it allows for privacy and helps save money. There were also other free services like access to the gym and on-site parking. Everything was perfect, and I sincerely thank the staff—they truly made my trip special.

The only thing I wish was available is a bidet, it would have made the stay even more comfortable.

The room wasn’t clean.They don’t have a restaurant in the property, neither room service nor breakfast.
