    Cons -

    • Noisy at times
    • Asisipho made sure that we enjoyed our stay, he ensured that we were happy with our room, Thank you Asisipho ?
    • The staff were not very welcoming except this one lovely fair lady whose name I didn’t get. The elevator was not working and I feel that should have been mentioned before because that would be something to consider. One of the staff was throwing our luggage about when he helped carry it up stating it was heavy but that’s not our problem that the elevator was not working. When we arrived, we found out we were booked in a no window room! I had to request changing that, and that was additional money paid, I feel the rooms without windows should also be stated on line so we don’t find out when we are there. Overall, I feel the rooms are rather too small for my liking too.

The hotel is very central if you wish to tour Cape Town. The market in the ground floor is like an ongoing party all day long which is nice. You can eat, drink, and snack there. The room itself is basic but had everything I needed and was clean. There was no window, but I did not bother me, as I just went there to sleep. Many supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel which makes it convenient. They allowed me early check in, as the room was ready which was much appreciated.

    Nothing. My stay was smooth.

Amazing location and so many awesome places to eat downstairs in the Mojo market. The inside rooms without windows are fine, as we didn’t plan on spending much time inside anyway.

Suuuuper noisy at night, especially weekends when there are events until 3am. Bring earplugs. If you can handle this, absolutely stay here as the location and everything else was awesome!

Room was light and spacious with good aircon unit and a lovely little kitchenette. A bit disappointed that there was no breakfast included option, but the room was priced very reasonably. Great location!

Location, and the price of the room

Rooms are so small, and the kettle etc dont work properly

Great location, loved Mojo Market below and staff were very friendly and helpful

    6HindaPosted on: 12-7-2025

The property is located in Sea Point next to the Promenade and plenty of restaurants. The staff is extremely friendly especially Mivuyo who went the extra mile to get me an adapter.

The property is located right next door to Mojo Market which is a place with lots of food outlets, coffee, juices etc.... Be aware that loud music is playing every nights and groups of young university students are partying every week ends. If you are looking for a quiet hotel THIS IS NOT the place for you. Also if the people staying next to you are a big families you will hear the noise, the walls are not sound proof. FYI

Location is great plus free parking

There's small ants & small cockroach in our room but we understand that there are restaurant on the ground floor but we didn't like it anyway

Central Sea Point locaton near beach and shops

Our room was a deluxe sea view. The view was actually from the large roof deck which was accessed by anyone in the hotel and my partner felt a little uncertain about safety, but we had no problems at all

The room was clean and had everything I needed. The hotel is in a great location and benefits from a lovely food market and bar downstairs.

    Only the location

That’s the worst hotel i have ever seen related to the price and the location. No wifi passwordThey gave me choices what time you gonna check in i chose from what times they gave me and once i get there they told me the check in time is 15:00 and its standard so why you gave me choices from the beginning and let me book my flight early??? They should have tell me so can organize to be 3 pm there, that’s shitAnd there I found out that the check out time is 10 am that means my room is available since 10 am and when i asked they said we need time to clean !! To clean what? It’s a very very very very small shit room it will take only 5 mins to get cleaned they said we have to clean all ?? That doesn’t make sense at all they should have started with the priority guests see who is coming soon as the choices they gave and start with that room.. not oraganized at allllllll thats shit and from 10 am they knocking me to check out what the hell and you the next check in will be 3 pm I insisted to be silly and take my time to go out i left 11:30 am . Anyway that’s my first and last time to be there

The room was exactly what was in the picture. We were actually next to the rooftop sitting area. The stay overall is what you make of it.My stay was quite pleasant.

The basin in the bathroom was halfway blocked. The bathroom mats were dirty. The hand wash, shower gel and shampoo are all actually HAND WASH.I have the same at home. The rooftop area has no female toilets so you have to go back to your room or downstairs for toilets

The location, easily accessible to all things you need

The place is just to noisy, in the morning the cleaners talk a lot and you can hear everything in your room, even when people move and wake up it's just too noisy. At night when people return it's the same thing. The place needs to have a sound proof system inside the rooms. It's just very uncomfortable ?

The place was very clean and neat. Spacious!! Good location and we felt very safe. Friendly staff, especially Joseph. He was very friendly and so helpful. This place exceeded my expectations.

    Everything

    10JacquelinePosted on: 9-18-2025

    Cheap. Comfy. Close to beach.

Very loud Black guests who shouted all night and the market can be heard in the bedroom

    10ArnoldPosted on: 9-2-2025

The cleanliness and vibe at the Market.

None of the staff escorted us to our room, which we found that there were a few guests being done so. I believe that's why there's a waiting area for guest to wait until some of thee staff members escort them to their rooms.
