City Lodge Hotel Pinelands

The hotel was neat and clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the food there was also very good.

Nothing. Everything was great!

I love staying at this City Lodge, the staff are great, the food is always good and its so convenient to travel to and from for CTN work

Bigger TV and fridges in the rooms

Clean. Nice bed. Decent room size.

Unpleasant smells - not sure what from - perhaps the carpets. The free WiFi is terrible. I could not do anything aside from sending or receiving emails on it. I stayed for 4 nights, and of the 4, 2 of them were very noisy between 10 and 12 PM due to noisy guests. The staff did absolutely nothing about the noise...

We would like to compliment you on your staff that are efficient and friendly - always willing to go the extra mile.Theresa Cornelius - a manager - went beyond expectation to ensure that we had a seamless experience with no hitches and is a compliment to your organisation - she leads by example andshe personally has made this experience a pleasure

our stay has been perfect except that I believe a decal should be given to entitle residents to enter premises. Perhaps a shuttle available to and from hospital - at a price.

Spacious room and bathroom. Quiet. Excellent location for getting to the airport. My room overlooked the gold course.

The room was smaller than I booked and it said it had a garden view , but no view looked onto a roof . Lots of mosquitos , peaceful sleep or something similar would be useful in the rooms

Lots of kids booked in for the weekend, very noisy, some knockin on doors and running. Not great. Plenty of mosquitoes as well. One of the days, the cleaners removed everything from the bed, and left, and was told they left for the day. Someone had o come help. Interesting stay

Good wifi

Breakfast was so-so. Restaurant service was really not trained well. Menu from restaurant was poor and not particularly tasty. Gym- really not appealing

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. Easy to get to from the airport.

Neat, clean and comfortable accommodation. Excellent location.

Clean

Mixed up with the booking and checking in. Room not ready on time and was told that my booking didn’t include breakfast even if l booked as such

The view from the property.

The fact that the wi-fi wasn’t working and there was no one to assist us with it.

Disappointing

Location, was noisy including a lawnmower which started up at 5.30 am outside on the golf course outside my window.

PoolNice dinnerConvenient for airportPleasant place

Mothing

Good clean place with friendly staff

Struggled to find parking

Convenient location and secure.Friendly staff and clean, comfortable room.Restaurant food well priced and very good.

Nothing not to like.

Friendly staff

The shower did not have any hot water for both days that I was staying here. The pool was not clean.

The place is clean and has friendly staff. Also the convenience of being able to communicate with reception via WhatsApp

Room service, wished it was possible to place order over the phone instead of having to go to the restaurant to place an order

close to my work venue and the airport, felt safe

nothing, its a value for money, BUTTER instead of just margarine at breakfast

Staff were friendly.

Breakfast or kitchen staff and bar staff. All of look depressed.
