Hussar Grill for dinner - food and service terrible, overpriced and Hussar Grill overrated. Pancakes at breakfast from pancake machine somewhat doughy, and consistency to be improved.

Location was perfect for where I was having my meetings

The restaurant staff dont show initiative. They were very fast to recommend the casino. Ordered for chicken salad and they put fish on top. When I said i did not like fish, they did not offer to make another salad

No shower gels, no bar fridge, no microwave, very substandard for the price

The building is beautiful and the location was perfect has we went to the grand arena.

The rooms are small and there is no elevator so we had to carry our luggage up stair which wasn’t easy.

It didn't live up to my expectations at all.

There were people making loud noise in the passages for the whole night.The booking of almost R2000.00 didn't include a single meal.

I liked the view and the nice clean room right next to the pool

I didn't like that we were told we can't swim late at night, even if we were the room right next to the pool and said we weren't going to make noise, parking is also a problem, too tight

The place is clean and comfortable. The staff are all very friendly. The location is good if you want to see a show at the casino.

Our allocated room was not ready at check-in but quick reaction by staff had us moved fuss-free. Exceptionally helpful Duty Manager and reception staff. The hotel feels a little dated but is clean and functional. We attended a concert and returned for a nightcap - again super-pleasant staff on duty.

Breakfast closed so early (10h00), especially after a late night show would be nice if it was open till 11h00.

It has all the necessary facilities and services for a comfortable stay.When there’s a show on at grand west, more bar and service staff should be on duty. Check in was a 25 minute wait with only one person infront. Waiting at the bar to order after the show was 40 minutes. Staff great but just understaffed on big events.

This is possibly our 10th stay here. Very nice location for music concerts. We came to see Sting this time. Staff are always friendly. I like the environmental updates made - providing a water filling station for a glass bottle and notifications in the bathroom about water and towels. I also noticed the upgrade with the electrical points.

The dining room area could do with a spring clean - lots of webs and dead flies on the windowsill. However, the bedroom and bathroom was spotless.

What I didn't like was the narrow path which one takes in order to visit the casino. At night half of it is in total darkness which resulted in me falling.

We liked the reception staff especially Kwanele. His service was excellent. We also liked the food at the restaurant, it was good.

Our sleep was disturbed by the loud door locking mechanisms as people moved in and out of their rooms. We also didn't know that we were wupposed to pay for our meal immediately and the staff didn't explain that to us. So we go up and left to retire. The restaurant staff knocked on the door and because we took slightly long to respond she started *banging* on the door.

Staff were friendly and helpful, with a quick check in once our room was ready. Storing our luggage was extremely helpful!

We tried to get a cup of coffee on arrival in the lounge and were told that the next slot is only at 12 which was a bit annoying as we had been travelling the whole day. But all in all everything was great.

After the concert we wanted a drink, but all comfortable chairs were taken. I thought these areas were quite small and maybe a bigger area (ire a lounge) could have been more suitable

Great location for our purpose to watch a show at Grand West Arena. Room was spacious and clean and reception area and lounge was comfortable
