The staff was friendly and professional, the location is perfect. The hotel is comfortable and value for money. Nice views of table mountain.

Vanity kit and shower cap was not provided. My room key did not work in one lift.

I liked the bed in the room.

There is no closet/wardrobe to put clothes in the room.; there is no proper and comfortable work/study table; no chairs for visitors,, no couch/coffee table. Room is too small. The breakfast is very average, no sausages, no ice-cream/no custard (always yoghurt), no croissants (when croissants are there, they are in short supply and if you come 30 minutes after breakfast hour started, the croissant's are finished), the muffins provided are average and of poor quality and are always the same every morning, no fruits are provided on the tables for guests to pick if they wants fruits.

It's clean, friendly workers, the internet connection was good, I loved the breakfast.. Even though the weather was not good for swimming, the pool was warm. It was worth every penny. Booking it again soon

I wish there would have more choices of TV channels. Soccer is good but 24/7- not much hotel can do if channels not available.,

The breakfast was very poorly presented. The toast had to be put through twice & then it tasted burnt. No fresh fruit;only fruit salad. No yogurt cups. No bottled water. The tea was good.

There is a nightclub close to the hotel that plays music straight through the night. That really disturbed my sleep.

We were satisfied with breakfast.

We experienced an issue with the other room doors closing; that slamming when closing was noticeable even when we were in bed.Additionally, adequate lighting is essential for shaving.

Absolutelly perfect. Good beds, stunning view, decent breakfast, nice and clean facility with good room services. Helpful and polite staff. In it's simplicity everything you can expect from 4stars hotel. We feel great there. Hotel also offer's nice bar at the top and parking on their own parkhouse. To go to that bar you have to use lift to underground parking lot and use another lift to their partner hotel in that exact building, same with the restaurant.And the beds matraces was perfect!

The location is good

1. Breakfast was duplicated all days. No greens.2. Room attendants didn't change our bed sheets on daily basis. One day didn't change the towels.3. They stole mum's face oil.4. Rooms have no sleepers and water

Rooms had excellent views either of the bay or Table Mountain. Quite close to Bo Kaap a lovely colorful part of Cape Town

Very little to dislike about this hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful.

I was extremely happy with this hotel choice for my first visit to Cape Town when I had 3 nights on my own prior to meeting my tour group. The gentleman who checked me in gave me a map and great information about the city, highlighting the street presence of security representatives watching for any troublesome situations for tourists. The central location was extremely convenient for orienting myself to top sights and I enjoyed exploring the city on foot. The city tourist office was a few blocks away and the Hop On Hop Off bus took me to outlying areas for a great price. I also took advantage of two informative walking tours offered by the tourist office. The included hotel breakfasts were excellent and my room was very comfortable. ! If you're looking for an affordable, well-located hotel in Cape Town, I highly recommend the StayEasy City Bowl.

Water temperature in the shower fluctuated from cold to very hot as you showered. Pillows were hard.

The breakfast , staff were friendly including the security guards.

Rooms are cozy and comfy. Parking is easily accessible and affordable.

The service was really poor. The room was prepared for one person instead of two. I called reception 3 times requesting an additional towel etc and nothing was done about it.

Loved the seamless check-in and the clean, air-conditioned facilities. The staff were so friendly. Mihlali at the front desk was so professional and a great problem-solver. When I needed a slight adjustment to my check-in/check-out time, he handled it like a boss *AND* gave me a room with great mountain views :D. The staff was so hospitable throughout that even when my suitcase broke and I had to transfer my clothes into a new one, we managed to handle it discreetly, Hahaha! They were so understanding.

Not a real complaint but I just wish the breakfast slot was longer.
