Pros +
- Very clean and nice staff.
- Location- we needed to be near the hospital, it was within walking distance.
- Proximity to City Centre.
Cons -
- The room was old, worn out, loose toilet seat, nowhere to hang towels, carpet stains, curtains not closing fully.
- Noisy exterior A/C units on building, meaning no sleep. Bath cracked and badly repaired. Shower screen poorly fitted, so floor flooded with water after showering. Basin tap loose. Plug socket needs multi adapter as cant have kettle/ fridge on together.
- The rooms need upgrading. Even the pillows need replacing
