Clean.Beautiful. Quiet. Perfect! Great ocean views!

If you don’t like the property you are a hater . This property is amazing.

The property is clean and comfortable with impressive views of Table Mountain. It is a 1 minute walk from a beautiful stretch of beach. The staff is warm and accommodating. The food is excellent!

The only “issue” with the property is that is far away from any of the pick-up spots for tours and a good distance from public transportation. I had to uber 20-30 minutes to meet my tours. The hotel does offer private tours, but they were not in my budget.

Absolutely gorgeous property and the staff are amazing! You have to meet Sam and Liberty - two rays of sunshine, as are all the staff. Kudos to the chef; our dinners were delicious!

Not an issue, but be prepared to take Ubers if you don’t have a car.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. The room was very comfortable. The restaurant food was incredible!

A little far from downtown and in a residential neighborhood. The beach is very windy although it has the most beautiful sunset, but definitely not as comfortable to hang out for a long time there. The pool is not in the terrace it receives very little sun so it's very cold.

The staff is so adept at making a guest comfortable. Quietly standing by, someone is always available to help with recommendations on where to go or mix up a drink and snack tray. The location directly on the beach makes it easy to head out and wander.

The location and view are absolutely perfect – you could not ask for a better setting. From the moment I arrived, the check-in staff made me feel welcome; they were without a doubt some of the friendliest and most professional people I’ve ever dealt with. Their warm attitude set the tone for my stay and really stood out.

The food and kitchen service were disappointing. The kitchen staff talk so loudly during service that I could follow personal details of their lives. After a friendly waiter took my breakfast order, I overheard the cook saying, “breakfast is till 10:00.” She then came over and rushed me to order, even though it was only 9:20.I had breakfast twice and dinner once (fish and mash), and not once was any seasoning used. On my last morning, I even asked for some seasoning, but my omelette still arrived bland and floating in oil.For a hotel of this standard, I expected better food quality and a more professional attitude from the kitchen team.

Samuel greeted us with his big infectious smile and treated us with great care. The view was stunning. The staff was amazing and it was an absolute pleasure to stay here. The Chef's prepared the most delicious meals and Faith was so sweet.

We took our mother's on their first visit to Cape Town. Bliss Boutique Hotel,made their stay very special from the moment we arrived.I made special arrangements for gifts to be delivered at the hotel prior to our arrival via Samuel,he was very helpful and very kind.He then handed me over to Vimbai(an angel in human form).l,as he was gonna be off shift when we arrive.Vimbai delivered exceptionally well.We were warmly recieved from the car,check in was smooth and we were oriented through the hotel.The rooms are super clean,we enjoyed dinner and the breakfast is a combination of buffet and al carte.No ask is too big for all the staff members,they went out of their way to make our stay special and memorable.This was our perfect home away from home.

All food was fantastic , breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant. Views of the beach ,table mountain and Cape Town from our Balcony.

about 20 minutes from the centre of Cape Town but taxis very reasonable so not really a problem

We loved everything.Vanessa and the Staff are VERY friendly, helpful and professional. Really made our stay special.All staff are willing to go the extra mile!Food was 5 star and rooms was more than we expected.We would definitely recommend this Hotel.

Beautiful and quite place to be for a relaxed holiday.

The beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

Restaurant was ok but for good warm meal it is better in fact to dine out

Everything exceeded expecations. The staff were amazing supper attentive and extremely helpful. The food was spectacular. The breakfast was amazing. The location is central with great access to the beach. Sunset views. Excellent Table mountain views. Would have loved more time here.

Location of the hotel is on the beach and within a quiet residential cut de sac. 20 minutes by car to Cape Town. Views from the top terrace of the mountain and sea is stunning

Nothing really, I did read previous comments and during our stay we only experienced total positives. I even asked the GM if they were the new owners - which they weren't!

Exceptional hotel and great place to stay. Wonderful staff, great rooms and excellent food. We had a King room 202....in my view the best room in the hotel. Gtrst views of Table Mountain and the City with beautiful beach within 100 yards. Slightly out of the City but the Uber system for travelling is excellent and cheap. Highly recommended

The staff were amazing and so kind! It is near the beach so very pretty for a walk. Views of table mountain are spectacular

The air conditioning switched off every 30 mins and eventually didn’t work at all! It was uncomfortably hot. Not close to anything at all! Took a long time to get an uber so best to have your own car here.

Very clean, safe, and friendly. The beach was just over the dunes.

A little far out of town, but manageable. King size bed we reserved was very nice, but it was a Queen in length.
