We experienced an unexpected issue that required us to leave two days earlier than planned. Unfortunately, the hotel was not flexible in offering a partial refund or accommodating a reschedule for a near date. While the facilities were satisfactory, we believe the customer service could be more responsive and supportive in handling such situations.

Breakfast was excellent, coffee delicious.Good place to un-wind in the evening and re-energize for the next day.Fantastic shopping mall at 10 min walking distance.

After trying for a day to get online, I was told that the WiFI and VPN would not work for business/government iPhones and laptops. I had to use "roaming" all week for the iPhone and workarounds were spotty for the laptop and world work in the conference center next door.

Electronic communications. Spotty re-supply of Nespresso pods. Desk chair.

Modern stylish hotel. Clean.

Could only check in an hour later as room was not ready. Room window did not seal properly and very loud music and noise from La Parada so we could not sleep. Asked reception if a quieter room available, they said music will stop at 10.30pm - but it carried on much later. Guests should be warned as you wont get any rest in the rooms facing the courtyard.

Breakfast was good and they managed to give me take out breakfast due to early flights.

I hope we do not pay for slippers or toothbrushes.

I liked the way the ambience of the hotel was and the fact that the staff supported me when I needed a weighing scale for my bag whilst checking out

I didn't like the fact that, there was no refrigerator in the room and the booking was made without breakfast so I had to pay anytime I took breakfast. I didn't know until I got to the hotel

The staff are professional and friendly. The hotel is clean and well-kept. It has close proximity to airport, park, lake and meeting venue and walking distance to Canal Walk.

the room is facing the bar restaurant that plays loud music on a Sunday evening until 11pm, sound was audible even when window was closed. Hotel may look into window sealing mechanism. Hotel may consider replacing the showerhead as it is difficult to get the correct angle and water flow

Very convenient for the conference center. Just across the road.

Such a hotel should have a proper gym. Breakfast was not even average.

Great stay. Located in a secure area. Comfortable beds and good breakfast.

The Window in our Hotel Room did not fully close and the noise from the bar was quiet disturbing.The shower Flooring needs a little more TLC.

Love the location, but very bad house keeping! Our sheets and pillows were hardly changed and we stayed here for a full week. Even though our room would be "cleaned" we'd come back to a bed that looks like a 5 years old made. Very dissatisfying indeed.

Not food menu in the room, no indication of where we find the laundry bags or the coffee box in the room ,It was on the drawers and found it only the day I was checking out. Beside that, everything was good. Safe, and the mall is 5 minutes away. ?

I like tv staff who were very helpful.

I didn’t like the time it took to get our matters fixed. We didn’t have electricity in our room for more than 2 hours and we kept calling to remind the staff of this issue.

The hotel is really beautiful and clean

We had to pay for parking tickets, which made no sense because a hotel is meant to provide free parking for guests.I also did not like how its located close to a pub, the noise was really loud from my room

The service was amazing, the ladies at reception organised room service on arrival. The Vida Cafè coffee is an amazing touch, delicious coffee. Umami menu was amazing. Extra large bed. Loved everything about the stay

A Bit noisy , especially from the " Club " next door .

Extractor fan in the bathroom was faulty.

The location is ideal. Helpful and friendly staff. Shout out to Geoff for his patience. The breakfast options are great. The room is spacious and the bed is very big and comfortable.

Consider having a fridge in the rooms. The coffee bar was hidden in the drawer, I only discovered it on day 4 of my stay. It would be nice if they can inform us during check in. No adapters for international travelers and all 4 phone charging points in the room are USB. Consider including c type USB ports.
