Ilanga Du Cap Hotel

Located in a lovely and convenient area. The room was spacious. Had a nice bathtub which was a delightful surprise. The pool was great. Beds were comfortable. Staff was super helpful and kind.

The only minor inconvenience was lack of AC in our room. However there was a very quiet and efficient fan that kept us comfy at night. We were there in the peak of summer and still had a good nights sleep because of the shade and the fan.

A family room with a pool view loved it with the kids , excellent staff , assisted me the moment we walked in from payment to check in and check out absolute breeze, accormadated me with extra freezer space I needed ,anything I needed I had to just asked and they would help as much as they could ,pepper with a great welcoming smile great manager ,they even helped me unpack my car ,security on the premises ,safe location , convenient stores around the corner ,you will certainly see us again loved being there

Very quiet place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Could not use the hair dyer in room. The plug did not fit the electrical outlet on the wall.

The room is spacious, especially for a family of 4 with little ones. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The kids love (I assume) the owner. Any issues we did have were resolved swiftly.

The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was lovely and everything was brought in fresh that morning. We needed accommodation last minute due to our flights being over booked, the staff made us feel welcomed and at ease.

Very safe and beautiful area, close to the beach, the personnel very kind and helpful, surely I will look for this hotel when I will be there. 100% recommendable.

The property is great if you are looking for a home away from home vibe. The reception staff were great, friendly and cheerful.

The cleaners were not great. We had to ask for clean towels and they did not replace the dirty cutlery and glassware. I don’t think they changed the sheets either. For a 5 night stay that is not ok. They could also clean much later in the day instead of trying to get us out of the room at 8am.

Friendly staff and happy to always help. Location is great, close to all main things. As long as you see it as a place to sleep but not possible to spend many hours in the room in a small space. Pool was decent and clean.

Room was small for a family of 4, under the beds were not cleaned and behind tables etc...sometimes the outside areas was not always kept clean and there are tons of ants around so take doom. They offer meals at an additional cost and didn't see an option to buy drinks so you will need to do some shopping.

I liked that the front staff were kind and tried to accomodate us. They were really friendly. I also liked that the hotel always had hot water for tea at all times at the front area.

My room was behind and it felt isolated from the other hotel rooms. The room service attendants will wake you up or open your door without knowing if you’re in or not in the morning just to clean! Even if there’s no response.I also didn’t like that, there is no back camera for where my room was.

The pool was great, but it needs better outdoor furniture, we never used the breakfast option.

I wish the hotel could provide an option for bed and breakfast and not bed only

No hot water in the shower! after a long festival night, the only thing we dearly wished for.

Staff are lovely, very helpful. Nice quiet location. Rooms are spacious. Beds so comfortable. Lovely place.
