Breakfast was excellent and the view was fantastic.

Waiting for an hour for a iron and ironing board.Experiencing a near drowning experience of one of your guests while having breakfast at the pool side was extremely traumatic and disappointmenting. Why where guests allowed to enter the pool with their clothes on in the first place and then there was no reaction from the staff to the incident. My husband landed up jumping into the pool with all his clothes to save the couple that were about to drown. I then ran into reception to get towels for them only to find out there are no towels clean at reception. Waited more than 10 minutes for towels. After informing the lady sitting in the office of what had happened she did not even come outside to have a look at what was going on. Extremely disappointed in this and it really disturbed our stay further so much so that we did not use the outside area again or the pool.

The Takeaway brekkie.Buffet was not the best but wholesome.The ''coloured" lady and her partner at the Buffet Reception desk, very friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival I stood and waited at the main reception to be attended to and was ignored as they were having chats in another language, One Lady (young, slender, boy haircut) was on the phone and I stood in front of her. When she was done she did not acknowledge me but turned and walked away, which I told the person who attended to me eventually and her reply was "oh".

i loved the upgrade to a sea view room, really appreciate that from your friendly staff, i will definetly book again.

Dated old. Rooms need updating desperately. Doors old. Very outdated like the 1990’s

Rooms are clean, breakfast is organized and staff are very pleasant.

No drinking water in rooms - not even a bottle per customerper day; and very limited bathroom amenities.

The breakfast was good with and the pool erea was exceptional

Our room toilet kept on breaking and they had send the handy Men like 3 times before they could fixed it on day 3, we enjoyed our room only 2 days. we couldn't open windows or slidding door for fresh air since we were on 1at floor and our room was so hot even on air conditioning on.

No this is not what i used to stay in my past visits I visited this place 3 time before and it was excellent place to live but this visit disappointed me

The bathroom basin was blocked The tv remote never worked even 5 time replaced Room quality was poorMorning breakfast staff at reception was very questioning how many people you have to pay and things like that

There was a fire at the hotel when I got there and we were not allowed to checkin. I had to go away and make other alternatives as I had work meetings to attend to. Now I am trying to get refunded and they are saying the incident was professionally handled.

I would like u to add Microwave and bigger fridge in you rooms

That the standard room didn't come with a bar fridge. They said I must pay R50.00 a day for a fridge and that to me was a scam. The attitude of the manager was very awful. There was not even a 500ml of water in the room I had to drink from the bathroom sink. The TV is not a smart TV, It has minimal boring channels. The overall stay was cold, If I didn't come with my kids I would had cancel my stay. The carpet in the floor was dirty and smelling.

Great location and the breakfast was lovely. We could see table mountain from the balcony.

We were placed in room 725. There was a crack in the bath tub and the toilet seat wasn't stable. The bedding and room was clean but it wasn't smelling fresh. As a guest, when you walk into a room you're suppose to get a sense of freshness.

checking was not good , the lady that help me was not interested at all , gave us no info at all did not even tell us where to go to , how do we get to our rooms or were breakfast will be served . i had to ask everything were must we park how do you get from your car to the hotel is there a lift ?NOTHING AT ALL THESE ARE ALL THE QUESTIONS I HAD TO ASK !!! Only to find out that you must walk up the stairs with your luggage from down stairs cause this info was NOT told to us , then i ordered room service just to be told i must come collect it myself! rooms lighting was bad and there is not even bottle water or a fridge

The breakfast was superb and the view.

Think its lack of modernization, the rooms and the shower I would say is very out dated and not the greatest.

The Location was perfect
