A big room

Low water pressure, no tv, sofa too soft

Location, large room, extensive room facilities including washer/dryer/ironing board/microwave/fridge-freezer, free parking, two decent restaurants onsite, easy walk to decent supermarket/cafes which also provide ready-made food (At the Cape Quarter)

I know Cape Town is water-scarce, but the water-saving taps on the basins are a bit too restrictive. I ended up using the kettle in the kitchen to help wash down the bathroom basin.

This location is safe and close by to everything you need. The staff are exceptional, informative and very professional, especially Buhle at reception.

Nothing. This is not a 5 star hotel. It is apartments handled by individual agents.

It was very noisy with neighbours blaring music

The place is clean,aesthetically pleasing and it has everything you need in the room.I got upgraded too which was nice.The view from the breakfast restaurant..Amazing

There was a police and some Nigerian guy,I don’t know what happened.But I didn’t feel unsafe.

Breakfast location is stunning but the egg omelette I ordered was a joke it was so small and when I asked for more eggs was told I would have to pay . A 2 egg white omelette with almost no filling for what the cost is was very disappointing and the manager was not interested

I absolutely loved the facilities. The rooms exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded to a luxury suite and it was amazing

The breakfast Menu was very limiting in terms of selection. The Hotel should consider introducing a buffet to allow for more options were visitors can select from.

Super friendly staff, smooth check in and accommodated us early. Safe area and indoor secured parking within the building.

The service was absolutely amazing — from the warm welcome at reception to the friendly ladies who tidied up the room each day. The staff were professional, helpful, and genuinely made the stay more pleasant. The rooms themselves were beautiful, spacious and well-maintained, equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The in-room facilities truly exceeded my expectationsUtopia, where we had our breakfast rooftop restaurant was exceptional — stunning aesthetics, great ambiance, and an overall memorable experience. I absolutely loved it!

The area around the hotel is extremely noisy. During my stay, I was woken up in the early hours of the morning by what sounded like a disaster outside. It turned out to be refuse collection, but the noise level was so disturbing — with the sound of bottles breaking and bins being dragged — that it genuinely felt like a fight or some kind of emergency was happening. It was quite a frightening experience and honestly a serious deal breaker for me.Is there any way the hotel could arrange for dustbins to be collected farther from the rooms or at a less disruptive hour? It felt really unfair to be forced awake so early, especially when traveling for rest or work. This aspect really overshadowed the rest of my stay.

Great location and fantastic views from the room. Wonderful breakfast at the rooftop dining with views of Cape Town & Lions Head. Staff were extremely helpful and fun to deal with. Special shout to Mitch the front office manager who was so helpful and accommodating during our stay

We had a wonderful stay at The Capital Mirage. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the Breakfast area Restaurant is magnificent. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean and well positioned.

Centrally located for our needs, the room was clean and had everything we required for our stay.The restaurant on floor 15 was a brilliant bonus for us. The food was lovely at breakfast, the staff great and the views stunning.

We didn’t understand there was a pool at the accommodation, this was not made clear or obvious as a facility either by check in staff or on the hotel information on the TV in our room.

The accommodation was excellent. The staff were friendly and very accomadating. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in an apartment.

The room , however was located near the street were the view was excellent but very noisy. The early morning noise can be annoying ,however if noise is not an issue it's a wonderful place to stay when in CAPE TOWN.
