The hotel was found just as expected from the photos online. The staff were very friendly and always willing to assist. We enjoyed the daily morning breakfast buffet included with eggs/omelets made to order.

So silly, but the pillows were a bit flat, but so minimal, right?!?!

The quite environment,the city/ table mountain view.Breakfast was wonderful.Staff friendliness with Winnie,Ebongile and Khanyiswa going over and beyond hospitality hence making us feel at home.

Everything the staff was very friendly and helpful.Our room were clean every time we went out and come back to a clean room that was marvelous.Your breakfast was yummy and omelets so delicious.

Breakfast was very comprehensive and tasty.

We prefer sleeping ith open windows and fresh air, rather than aircon and the windows only opened to a degree, so it was difficult to get enough fresh air at night.

Incredible Pet friendly stay! Staff was amazing, beds comfy, location a dream. Bonus was how pet friendly it was. Sun Pets arranged a bed, bowls and grass patch for my dog. Even a food menu! We will be back for sure.

Location and the views.

The property needs a revamp. Carpets are old and stained. Staff were overwhelmed by traffic so service was not consistent.

Breakfast was great, varied every day. Though food was finishing fast, the patrons were are also quick to replenish. One did not have to wait long. Great service.

THE ENVIROMENT, THE VIEW, MY STAY WAS TRANQUILTHE ROOM WAS PERFECT.DEFINETLY I WILL COME AGAIN WITH MY KIDS.

JUST THE PANCAKES MACHINE PUT ME OFF ALLOT, ITS MY 2ND STAY AT THIS HOTEL AND STILL THE MACHINE TOOK SO LONG TO MAKE PANCAKES OR ERRORS OCCURED WITH THE MACHINE AND TOOK TIME AWAY FROM ENJOYING MY PANCAKES. MAYBE GET THE CHEF TO MAKE PANCAKES INSTEAD OF USING THE MACHINE WILL BE A GREAT OPTION.ALSO THE POOL CLOSED TO EARLY AND MAYBE ADD MORE OF A VARIETY FOR HALAAL BREAKFAST AS ANOTHER OPTION.

The kids liked the food and the clean comfortable bed.The staff were also very friendly as required for a hotel, but Avuyile and Khanyiswa went above and beyond with their hospitality at the bar and restaurant.

Air conditioning did not work. Wouldn't turn on. Lucky it was quite a cold night.

The room had a smell, it was cleaned but it had a dusty smell like the carpets and couch needed a deep clean

nothing the pools was the only nice thing you guys dont even provide toothpast i requested for a cot in one of the 2 rooms i booked there was noithing

good daY Your staff is horrible everyday i had to call because they dont out enough toiletrees or they ask you to fetch it there was no assistance with luggage i was still on my way from breakfast which was until 11 and my room was locked i cudnt back in the room to get my lugage when i called them the reception i need to fetch another card because she is alone downstairs this was pathetic your breakfast is horrible you dont cater for any muslims that is also using your accommodation i also feel that you can put a small park on that grass that is just standing empty by the poolside whoich kids can make use of because alot of families with kids are making use of your facilities but i didnt like my experience unfortunelty

The kids loved the pool.

The rooms are a bit dated and could do with a good Reno.They don't have dedicated staff to assist with luggage. On Saturday the kids were swimming and we were asked to leave the pool for a function that was being held for Sun staff. I felt we should have been told prior to booking the accommodation about the event as we were made to feel as if we gate crashing when we paid to be there.I was very close to cancelling my accommodation and booking elsewhere.

Clean, comfortable, good location, good breakfast, secure parking, excelent staff
