Professional and friendly service at reception and check in. The staff are very friendly and willing to assist. My experience at breakfast was great as I had staff willing to assist with my every need.

Updated rooms with new bathroom with shower, very clean and comfortable. Terrific staff with a great attitude, clearly well trained! Breakfast was very good, big variety to suit all tastes, and amazing fresh fruit!!

Breakfast was awesome(delicious) and the staff serving were the best good to all of us. I would go there again inshAllah.they accomodated me as a Muslim too,that was something I loved the most .Not to forget the general manager Tanja who went out of her Way to make us feel more happy and treated my mother and kids with so much care and Love ?.we traveled as a family and it was my mother's birthday ,she made our stay so beautiful.i can say 1 thing about her, she's the face you want to see Infront and hoping that Southern Sun appreciate her.i will come back bcz of her, hoping she Will still be there inshAllah.

I didn't like that the rooms were cleaned later and when I asked one of the ladies in front desk Ekhona,she gave me attitude and she was very unfriendly.we would be forced to keep quiet for peace 's sake.

Centrally located and convenient for my purpose. I booked a one night stay as I was attending a function nearby.

Great staff, fantastic breakfast.

On the last morning, in mid-shower the water went off. One hour before an important meeting leaving me covered in soap.Front desk reaction - crickets… no action for over 30 minutes.Pathetic.

The hotel is well managed and in the perfect location in relation to the office building I need to go to. I got exceptional service from Hazel in reception, Wayne in the restaurant and from the manager Delnayde. Thank you for your contribution in making my stay pleasant.

A little bit far from the center. Breakfast could be better.

Perhaps you can think of having some kind of live music. Perhaps one -man bands, a pianist...

The hotel is showing signs of aging - it is though recognised as parts are now being refurbished.

The table mountain view from the room was awesome.The room size was good enough.

The tv wasn’t working but didn’t bother us much.

The staff was amazing with excellent friendly service. Top class and well done to them. they did a lot for the Two Oceans Runners to make their stay comfortable with own prize giving after the race. Absolutely amazing.

I booked 5 rooms. The one room was not ready on check in. We waited a few hours and the replacement room had a double bed and not a king bed as expected. The dinner was disappointing. 3 of the meals were cold and the pasta wasn’t great. However the breakfast was much better. The bathrooms need an upgrade. They need to replace the bath with a proper shower.R1800pppn is very expensive

The staff - especially Tracy and her team for looking after the Two Oceans athletes. Everything from understanding what athletes would need and how to make everyone feel special. The shuttle to and from the finish, the welcoming event to the hotel after the race, the pre- breakfast spread - EVERYTHING was top notch and well organised.

I love everything - if there's a small detail they could have been better at is to ensure house keeping was done after breakfast in the morning as later on after the race, athletes need their shower and sleep.

Warm staff, convenient location, very nice breakfast with good variety, nice room with good facilities.
